IDEALLY, EA begins to misjudged the game far as it goes. Seriously, EA should now being focus on the NFS 2019 apart from this crap.
They have been producing crap like this for 7 years now

Kinda doubt it given that the best physics engines came from SMS and Criterion I highly doubt that EA would want to spend more money on developing a completely new physics engine for another Shift installment.
And lets face it the fanbase is fucking toxic I am sick of this tuner crap honestly NFS has strayed so far from what it was so much so that when they bring back titles like Hot Pursuit and Highstakes sequel Rivals the fan base complain about customization and japanese econo boxes, now I'm a car guy and even I am sick of it at this point, every time the studio does something different those post Underground fans clamour about not being a true NFS game.
I won't mind seeing a full on sim Shift 3 or Prostreet 2, being basically like Forza Horizon 1 with sanction events and proper street racing.
But given how toxic the fanbase is, its over for NFS at this point.
