I am a stay at home mom (to a 1 1/2 year old) I get up at 6am to get some quiet time solo and go to bed by 10pm at the latest

I'm a Momma of a almost two year old and a eight year old... I'm in bed by 8pm (I almost always fall asleep moments after putting on a true crime doc, lol) and awake by 6am. ALWAYS TIRED. 😴
