As a CV, you’ll notice flack clouds and bullet streams. DDs that turn them off are rare, and hard to find. Turned on AA inside smoke makes sense. I gave up chasing a DD that dodged slow torps and singular bombs with ease. The hardest things about him were: - constant turning; - unpredictability; - slow/fast speed changes … but beware if your speed change isn’t lightening fast, then you’re a sitting duck. - basic turning would suggest turn towards torpedoes as they’ll attack you from side-on, and the HE bombers will track you inline so you need to turn away. However, tight turning against either plane type is highly annoying to a CV. Map edges and islands can be your enemy, but an island can also fluster a bomber (unnecessarily) and will scupper a torpedo from that side - so playing rings around an island can annoy them. As a CV, to combat these niggly DDs, ideally you want skip bombs. Failing that, torps are great against players who tend to go straight, especially those going forward/back/forward. If a DD singles you out on the backside of your spawn, head directly at them - they tend to under-estimate your secondaries and lock in on torp effort, and you’ll swallow a couple torpedoes. Bombs, are really hit & miss, you need to predict their move a long way off and hope they come that way, and drop your bomb late. You can drop torpedoes early towards a DD (head on) then circle around 90 degrees to get the side shot. If using the Russian multi torp, then the tiniest ‘inaccurate’ spread can help spread your bet. If you’re in a British CV against a good DD, forget torpedoes.
I've been doing research on both de 7 provincièn and the friesland. ( mostly found pc vids) but I've noticed that the dutch tech tree and de friesland, are somewhat secret pleasures. Every video I watched it was, like it's not the best but dang what is it fun to play.😂 Edit: fun fact, the bridge of the friesland is placed just outside the naval museum in den holder, in front of it are the boufours twin turret guns from the gelderland d811 ( practically the shame ship only different class I think the holland class is just slightly different from the friesland class but guns are the same)
ive played actual world of warships on and off since 2018 but have never once considered playing legends, i got so confused when i saw all these ships be 1 or 2 tiers lower than im used to seeing them.

Not really, it would have been a lot easier to not make aistrikes capable of detecting ships then to rework the whole carrier system just for airstrikes. The reason they add airstrikes now is because it fits well with the whole update
They should add overheat for ships that shoots fast and also their AAs must reload Not just Hitting on cvs and nerfing its attacks now u too should get that reload of AA 5sec or 10sec and battery overheats for spamming

what ship should i buy for global exp (i ve never bought one and i played over 840 matches in Battle ships)
There is no counter play if you are in a battleship. If you are in a battleship, you can only tank damage.
I don’t think some people appreciate AA builds as much, Shimanto, although a decent ship it’s AA can reach out to 7km
