02-01-24 Potensic Atom aimless flight around GH/W

Did the latest firmware update to the Atom and took an aimless flight. The Atom is 100% manual drone. You can do some basic waypoints, but nothing beyond 500m or 1320 feet of the home point.

I sadly neglect mine a bit. I have two Atoms, had an SE that was sent in for repair and Potensic offered me an Atom instead, and I had just purchased one. So now I have two, and I tend to fly a DJI Mini 4 Pro the most. The Atom is sweet though. The camera on it is awesome!

Nice, but you move too much ! Set the speed of the yaw to minimum !

Yeah, this one was a replacement that Potensic sent me for a fogged lens on an SE, and I forgot to setup any of the controls. I just updated it and flew it. When I was up there I was like wow, this thing is jumpy.

I have this problem too. I'm working on smoother flying with my Atom. I'll have to look for the Yaw setting. Hadn't noticed that but I'll probably need it until I become a better pilot.
