it was a wonderful speech and you deserve it . today I participated in district level English speech. the topic was social media and cyber crimes. I told every point , cyber squatting, cracking etc . but the first place was given to a girl who said nothing. when we complained the judges didn't even looked at us . everyone believed that I was going to get the first place . now I hate arts. corruption is making their eyes blind.iam from Kollam district.
hi akshaya ammu i was that girl you mentioned above.I know your disappointment but don't say that i do some malpractices.actually i'm a victim of such corruption in my sub district.yes you told about cyber morphing, cracking etc. but instead of just saying these names I uses relevent news like the news of shobha etc.that is why i got first prize.I like your speech but you took additional time this will be noticed in the time of result.don't get upset.Be cheerful take it in a sportsman spirit.Iam sure the next year you will won the state level competition and please don't misunderstand me..
Good Speech. I was searching for a model speech to give the children at std 8 all over Kerala. Shall I take it and add in Samagra, the e- learning portal of our Public Education Department? I expect an early reply.
Okay I'm here to be salty as heck and I'm gonna start my rant on why I hate this. The girl here is pretty damn talented as hell and knows so many stuffs and knows how to use words more than I know and I respect her for that. But get this! This doesn't even sound realistic at all! Like it sound too vague and too unreal It looks like she was paid to do this more than her actually wanting to do it. Speeches are supposed to inspire you, To make you feel like you are on fire, thief words are supposed to ignite your insides make your soul tremble and all that shits And I can see nothing, absolutely nothing like that in this girls speech She is basically just spouting random things but piecing it together so it more poetic to hear. Telling a speech is something that needs to come out of your chest, You the person Are pouring you emotion and you are trying to prove a point and I don't think the way she does this is working out and I'm not sorry at all. And what is with this gibberish type wannabe-an-american accent? Like every single speech I h ave ever heard, well at least in Kerala has this weird accent like they tryna pretend to be a native english speaker And girl!! Its ain't working out! You talk in your own Indian accent or actually try to learn the american accent. Its okay to sound Indian Nobody is gonna hate you for that!! Gosh what happened to people?? I'll stop my rant but you get my point.
@@ANNA-uu3of hi army- I just really like speeches and poems and other literature stuffs And this just plain offends me that thus girl got the first prize. Yes she is really talented but the way she is like presenting her "speech" is bad and I can't effin believe they gave that speech a first prize? Like WhAT? Are people that dumb?? I'm like STOB ITT!
It's a very good point. I too hate the accent here. In CBSE kalolsavam, atleast these wannabe accents are less prevalent because most of the participants actually come from America or some other foreign country.
Hey, I know it's been years since you dropped this comment and Idk if your account is even active rn, or I'd get a reply but randomly putting this out here- Have you participated in any speech competitions at the District or State level? Or even if you haven't, I would appreciate some tips on how to prepare for an impromptu elocution competition that would satisfy the conditions you listed. I participated in the Sub-district level last year but I couldn't deliver a proper speech since I had to leave soon plus, I wasn't that prepared. So I'd appreciate any specific tips that you have. Thank you!! :))
hey , i was also thinking about that while i was watching, sharing from my experience i have participated in district speech competition and my speech was influential but the judges said it got to emotional and lacked facts so this year i included facts and also made it influential and i am participating this year in state kalolsvam English speech HS . i secured first in my district Malappuram
