i saw the 1st one in theaters out of boredom. saw the preview and it reminded me of thise old John Woo action movies from the 90s with Chow Yun Fat. I was so surprised how good the movie was. no overly complicated plot. just a good revenge movie
The pyjama scene was'nt goofy at all, but made lots of female fans cry I think. In fact action films are usually watched by males, but due to Keanu Reeves the franchise "bloomed" with thousands of new Fans. Females. And once you begin diving you can't resist Diving deeper.
