Hi......I am from Germany 🇩🇪 I love to watch your bread videos and try it too. Please try to demonstrate with whole wheat flour bread videos with nuts and filled with Olives. Thanks 🇩🇪
I have made this recipe 2 or 3 times now and people faint when they taste this bread. They think I have been to France for it. Just wonderful. Thank you! Xxxxx ❤
I made this recipe and mine came out EXACTLY like yours. Loved the way you improvised making a ‘Dutch oven’ with 2 baking trays. And I was so surprised it worked without preheating the trays. I’m just about to make your baguettes - the dough has been sitting for 6 hours and is trying to escape from the confines of its bowl! Thanks so much for showing how easy bread making can be. Love from England. X
Bonsoir de France. Encore des jolis pains qui donne envie de croquer dedans😋 et toujours le même plaisir de les préparer et de les savourer en famille. Merci de partager votre savoir faire. 😊😘
Your stackable cooking pans with the alignment dots look like a great idea. I've been looking for them without success on Amazon. If you happen to remember any details, the information would be greatly appreciated. Baking season is just around the corner!
The bread looks perfect. I noticed your expert hand work that made the formation of the dough look very easy! The seeds must be fresh. What type of flour do you use, please? Watching from Canada. Thank you!
Hi Alexander, I have no idea haha. I get asked about them every day, but they're just two nameless trays that I must have bought at a local kitchen store or supermarket years ago.
They are quite similar, coming from the same plant. Black sesame seeds are crunchier due to their shell, which gives them their distinctive color. If you like one, you're sure to like the other! Thanks ♥
You can add 5 minutes for each baking step, so 25 covered and 15 uncovered. For the uncovered part just let it bake until the color is the one you're looking for.
Quel beau souvenir ! Je suis sûr que votre Nonna serait ravie de savoir que vous perpétuez cette tradition. J'espère que la recette sera à la hauteur de vos souvenirs. Merci pour ce partage émouvant. Amitiés de l'Italie.
This black sesame bread is simply amazing! The aroma of sesame seeds wafting through your kitchen will have you hooked. Let's make it together!

I am looking for them too! I can't find them.

Thank you! My flour is unbleached bread flour with 12% protein content.
@@Food-Language Thank you so much for the information.
Hey, the bread look really tasty, where did you get the trays?
Hi Alexander, I have no idea haha. I get asked about them every day, but they're just two nameless trays that I must have bought at a local kitchen store or supermarket years ago.
I love sesame seeds but i never tried black sesame. Is it different? Your bread looks great

@@Food-Language Cool thanks, i will look for them at the store
Watching from Albuquerque, NM, just wanted to know what kind of baking pan you are using?Thank you
do you know where I can buy the baking pans like you have?
Colorado. If I want to make just one bread instead of six small ones how long would I have to leave it in the oven to baked
You can add 5 minutes for each baking step, so 25 covered and 15 uncovered. For the uncovered part just let it bake until the color is the one you're looking for.
La qualité de la farine et un four qui chauffe du bas est très important
How do you store bread?
Checking in from Canada - have your tried your hand with seed bread or gluten free bread? Nice videos.

Where do you buy your yeast?
So annoying pressing and squeezing that bread.
