Jackson in particular spent weeks planning our trip to Ebisu and he did most of the work to actually make our cars run so smoothly, so really can't thank you enough, Jax!
That moment when Daigo says "Engine block - expensive". What people are missing in context is, when he did a season of RDS, he would bring up to 3 spare engines to the drift event... and sometimes he ran out of engines. The "2jz can take 1khp easy" is such a myth. No engine can make an easy 1khp and run it hard every time it starts.

was it just me or does Daigo seem like someone who I wouldn't want to be friends with? I mean he couldn't stay off his phone while people were at his place and drifting for him. Plus he didn't seem impressed at all by the fact that in less than 2 weeks you learned how to drift, and drift really well if I might add, I know he is a pro drifter, but you gotta give credit where it's due. IDK maybe it's the language barrier, but he just doesn't seem like that great of a person.
Daigo was nothing but super nice to us. Language barrier was definitely a thing, but he went out of his way to talk to us about all sorts of stuff off-camera not to mention bringing us to his home as guests.
