@3:12 When the ball hit SGA in the head is ALL you need to know about how much more interactive this year's game will be compared to last year's. And with the Pro Play feature move animations will be included in each patch. The new pick-n-roll animations, step-backs, and the AI better at understanding what is the best hand to use when finishing at the rim is tremendously improved.2k23 had really good ball-handling and sizeup moves but this year the ante is upped big-time. Some of the cheese wil always be there but by 2k26 with the pro-play the game will keep getting better. We are officially in the next-gen era and thank you for not having that trash 2k camera! LOL What NBA game looks like that?

I like the way the layups in traffic look. In prior 2Ks it's almost like the offensive player had no idea where the defenders are, and they just picked the worst layup animation for the situation. Now it seems like the offensive player has an awareness of the defenders position and actually tries to avoid being blocked. Hopefully that stays that way. I think that will really help guys like Kyrie or others that finish creatively around the basket.

The question is if the pro play animation will have an effect to the success of a shot especially in similar situations like a game winning shot.
2k really capped about pro play. Shit ain’t nothing but more animations added. Pro play was in 23 with Tatum Mitchell and Garland with their jumpshots being obvious examples.
If you can get the animation at 1:24 that might be the layup package. Whats that? Acrobat? Slythery? Scoop? You need like 90 layup to get those HoF. Then HoF pro touch at like 80. HoF giant slayer at 85

It's a eurostep from ja morant's layup package. I'm using it on 23.

lol, Ive seen the spida layup and thought Ive seen it all. Then there was the last SGA attack spin layup and I though duuude! Now I have seen it all. And then there was this fluid step back jumper from kyrie and even a spin finish with the left hand at the rim. This will be so dope! So which of the 3 did you enjoy the most @jerseymade93?

2k’s main strength on its road to become the best sports game on earth has always been presentation&game atmosphere (aside from gameplay). However, in the last 6-7 years, nothing happened to further develop this area of the game. And it is not only becoming boring but slowly slowly becoming mediocre.
