@@kevin-pk6hd We have some Monday footage, yes. Not quite sure how much because the video editing PC has been down for some time and I need to get back into organizing the files. We have other airshows to post from also. Lots more to come!
AMAZING and tireless work by the ATC professionals. As others have stated, it's so admirable that they are putting in high stress, high stakes, non-stop work, but they make time to welcome pilots and thank them for being part of the show. At 49 years old, I'm so excited that I'll be attending Airventure this year for the first time!

As one of many pilots whose name is on the teak wall at Oshkosh since the early days I still marvel at the volunteers who make operations there run so smoothly and they are everywhere from ATC to port o lets and not a gap goes unplugged. Just a humble thank you to all past, present, and future because YOU are Oshkosh!
Those ATC plane wranglers DO NOT get paid enough. A perfect vid on how to approach and land at Oshkosh and how NOT to approach and land at Oshkosh. WOW!
I was at the fence by the Friar Tucks that Sunday! My friend had a scanner. This was mty first time seeing this. It was awesome. You captured it perfectly. Thank You! (Ending on the V-Tail was a nice touch. ;) )
OMG YES !!!!!! Sunday Part 4 is finally here. Thank you ! ! ! ! ! ! Sunday, July 22, 2018, arrivals were AMAZINGLY Crazy Busy in Oshkosh. The weather on Friday and Saturday were a "Perfect Storm" which created the best Sunday arrivals in decades. I can't wait for parts 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 . . . . Thank you for these. Did you manage to get the RVs coming in 4 at a time wave after wave after wave after wave after wave after . . . . ??? That was awesome.
Airplanes always try to land heading into the wind, so the simple answer is yes. At Oshkosh, there are two main runways; one faces N-S and the other E-W. There is so much traffic that both runways are used at the same time, so some aircraft are always landing with some sort of cross wind. Usually this isn't a big deal, but it does make it a little more interesting to watch!
I think he was lost and couldn't talk to anyone and he blew a brain gasket. Or com failure? But even then you don't just go off in some random direction. I note that the controller didn't curse him out but stayed very cool. A better man than me.
Not sure what these controllers get paid during this event, but it not enough. They have to deal with some of the best pilots anywhere, but sadly some of the worst.

"STOL type: I know you're not a rocket, but go as fast as you can....." LOL! The story of a bush pilot's life.

video🛫🛬and keep up the good work.
Top Notch air traffic controllers and Pilots!
cool videos keep up the good work
Being an ATC for Oshkosh seems stressful as hell, I admire those ATCs.
those guys controlling traffic are fantastic
This video was all about the V tail and could it make it to the airport and follow directions:) hehe
I would be kinda embarrassed if I was that V Tail pilot. Although maybe it was first time arriving into Oshkosh.
V-Tail: I'll just fly. Get out of my way.
Nice
Reminded me in a vague way of the daisy chains at heliports at Ft Wolters, only we didn't have professional ATC like here, every man for himself.
Like very nice 👍
Wow spooky....
On the numbers' on the white dot, on the green dot...
one really need iron nerves to be a ATC....
Good landing lesson video.
Go to google earth and get a birds eye view of the runways!
!!!!!!!! LIKE !!!!!!!!🏆🏆🏆
planes for 2020,Grumman g-159 gulfstream one jet-prop.Helio couriers,Riley dove and Heron,Convair twins,Beagle twin.!!!
That's stressful just watching that, whew! Controlled chaos. 😵
I would really like to know what happened wirh that Bonanza. Why did It passed by the helicopter area.
I don't know what it is about Bonanza pilots, but a lost of them shouldn't even drive golf carts...
Novice question: If there was a strip that ran parallel to the wind, would that have been a better place to land?

WOW!! that's all I got.. 😃
3:25 uh-1 huey.
Anyone know the bonanza story?
We would also love to know. One of the sketchiest things we've ever seen in OSH - and one of us was nearly run over by Jack Roush!
Maybe on the wrong freq?
I think he was lost and couldn't talk to anyone and he blew a brain gasket. Or com failure? But even then you don't just go off in some random direction. I note that the controller didn't curse him out but stayed very cool. A better man than me.
NOTAM..what's that?
