OVERVIEW OF SINGAPURE INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION CENTER'S ACTIVITY WITH KEVIN NASH

In the interview taken by Andrey Gorlenko, Executive Administrator of the Russian Arbitration Center, Kevin Nash (Deputy Registrar and Centre Director of Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) gives insights into the SIAC's work and covers the main recent changes regarding the structure of the Centre and case management process. Mr. Nash also explains the novelties in the SIAC Rules which include such issues as: emergency arbitrator, expedited procedure, consolidation etc.
