I watched a video about different tips and tricks for using rotary tools, and the guy teaching the tricks demonstrated a good way to reduce chatter on the burrs. He runs them in reverse. They still remove material, but they are much more controllable. I haven't tried it yet, but it looked like it works well. Like using a forward stroke to start a saw cut.

What brand and model is that rotary drill? I need that ability to control the speed like that. Mine just has an on switch and can get a bit crazy.
I use a saeshin oz black micromotor, but the saeshin strong 207 is good too
