【Brown Dust 2】Blue Beard (Dark) - Michaela Hope or Cope?

I could clear level 10 Day 1 but I need 2 tears and +5 or 1 Tear, +5, and 1 Awakening on New Michael. I am pretty sure it is just rotation issues.
Edited: Swap Lathel for Hikage for more dmg. Requires Lathel to go DPS

Does it affect placing the characters behind and zennit in front to avoid damage from the boss?

you can pretty much place anywhere its just depending on the boss pattern I place the mobs on the side or behind whoever is tanking. Since Zenith redirects the target focus
