Mt06MD is an excellent torch for examination as blood or body fluids can be wiped off easily with a disinfectant and also be put in an autoclave machine for proper sterilisation. The light is similar to that of sunlight to give true colors, hence the high CRI.
Yikes yeah no tips here I just used brute force. Maybe get a good rubber band around the end a bunch of times and the use a vise grip or channel lock to try and torque it. Good luck!

I gave a Doctor friend of mine the Lumintop IYP365 nichia version, and loves it. He says the 25lm mode is perfect for eye exams.

Why doesn’t it have the pupil diameter scale imprint?
You can buy this model light with or without the pupil diameter scale.
It’s for grip the roughness on the body.
How did you detach de end part of the flashlight? I could not unscrew!
