im a raw vegan and trying to figure out who to call for catering and what kind of food options there are in Italy? my guests can have plant based clean food

There are vegan options in Italy but not as wide as in other countries unfortunately. Meat and fish are key players in most menus but that said vegetables and oil is used more than butter. It's definitely worth speaking to a number of caterers to discuss options
