- In a moment of levity during his press conference outside Rideau Cottage Wednesday morning, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau jokingly said he needed to "model healthy behaviour" before bounding back inside to grab his winter coat.
The Canadian prime Minister was announcing a closure of the U.S. / Canada border to all non-essential travel, as well as an economic stimulus package designed to ease the burden of the COVID-19 outbreak on Canadian families.

Trump is the one who has infected North America by downplaying the severity of this virus from the outset against recommendations from the CDC.
