Hi Summer. Toni , from TL Yarn crafts, reviewed this winder as well. You did a great job with the close ups of feeding the yarn through the tensioners-- which i really wanted to see! When I checked Amazon, they didn't have teal, but a blue with 50% off. 🤷🏼♀️🤔 I think I'll stick with my stanwood. I can totally see my kitten thinking this was a new yarn toy for her!! 🐈🐱🧶🧶💕 Thanks for the great review 👍🏻
Very nice. I seem to remember one like this a few years ago and the demo person complained about the tension as it wound up. What is the tension of the skein's it's wound up? I also looked at the reviews and the instructions say 'not suitable to be used with a swift' So why would that be?
Thanks for sharing. I have several hanks that have been ignored for 2 years now. So I just ordered the purple one with a 50% discount. Coupon good thru 10/9.
I just checked Amazon Canada. The blue unit is $116 and the purple one is 135 Canadian with no discount. That's quite the difference even with the currency exchange. Great review though Summer! Thanks for sharing...
@@SummersTipsandStitches Just checked. It's $113.00 right now with it being 30% off but I am assuming it's US dollars. With the exchange to Canadian it would be times 1.3 more per dollar. Free shipping though which is good.
That is a really nice yarn winder. Thank you for the demonstration. I love the purple too. 🧶🙏🏻💜

it's a bummer things are so expensive in Canada...is everything there more than in US, or just certain items?
Thanks for the review of yarn winder. Have a wonderful day happy crocheting and knitting.♥️
It’s so cute how you’re trying to cover up hubby..😊
Good video of the electric yarn winder Kaye x
That is so cool! For those with hand and arm issues this tool could be a great help. Thanks for demonstrating it.
Very cool winder.
Good demo. Looks kind of fun, too!
Cool demo!
Omg! Thank you! I got the 40% off!
That was fun❤

Great demo. Thx😊
Thanks for the review Summer. I have a hand winder, not a Stanwood that is about to give out. I will have to look into one of these. Thanks again.
I got one. It’s on sale right now for $49.99 as a prime deal!
😮😮😮😮
I think the coupon is good with some sort of subscribe and save subscription.
Does it go thru the spring? Or behind the plastic as in a sewing machine??
you got to pull the spring back, and then it goes between the two plastic pieces
