You’re totally right. I appreciate the way you do business. You opened my eyes to the way it should be done. I bought some jewelry from another jeweler and they were charging an average of $100 a gram for 14k. You average $60. I just bought a rope bracelet from you and I love it.
Go to LA diamond district you’ll pay 45-55 a gram for 14k and save money on taxes !!!!

Thank you for this video. Makes things more clear and understandable. 😃
Wish I had watched this before my last purchase! Thank you for sharing this info.
Yes sir just bought my first jacoje piece should be here tomorrow I am so excited!! Got it for a lil over $57 a gram! Thank you so much Braden!
Jacoje has gotten more overpriced. I’m assuming you got a 14k piece and 57$ price per gram is a lot
@@kylemccarthy02 not compared to everywhere else, it's by far the best price!! I wouldn't say his pendants but definitely his chains!!
Got my rope for $45 a gram got lucky. And jeweler paid me $45 a gram for a franco i traded in😂
Jacoje is the best. I don’t care that there’s a jewelry store down the street from me. I only shop Jacoje.
That jewelry store will have LOW quality stock and INSANE premiums.
Buying jewelry esp a gold chain from a jewelry store is the worst idea like Jarred, or Kay ect. They don't even know the gram weight and most of there stock they just want out the door. 10kt and usually hollow and again crap quality with an insane premium. Sad for people who don't know any better.
Is it real gold ? Or gold plated?
@@bz710 Both. Solid gold with a gold plated finish.
Good vid man much respect ✊
Thanks for the video!!
I have 3 pieces from Jacoje. 2 chains and a bracelet. All still look like the day I received them and they're 2-3 years old. QUALITY!
I don’t mind paying that extra 600 for a Jacoje piece. I got a 3.5mm 22in 18k Franck for 4k and it’s the most beautiful Franco I’ve ever seen in my life
U clean them they should look that way in 100 years.
My grandfather has a gold chain from the 60s and still looks the same. If you clean it once a week if you wear it every day if it sits then maybe once a year. It's gold so should last many many years
This is so informative. Love and support from India ❤️
How did you come up with your mark up price? I appreciate the honesty but almost double seems a bit steep to me but I’m just a beginner so I wouldn’t know that park of the game yet

This guy's schooled me so much on chains. I've always worn a huge silver flat chain. And would always shy away from gold rope. But lately I've been thinking about getting myself one of this dudes Chains.
@@uncle23100 same bro. I used to only wear silver and had a couple fake gold chains here and there. Once I got my first real gold chain I’ve never looked back.
I'll tell you x, y, z. Jewelry is not like buying a lump of gold from a miner or even a refiner. Jewelry has to be crafted from raw gold and made into jewelry and everyone needs to make money all the way down the "chain". What works for me is knowing the PPG (Price Per Gram) and X that by 4. This gives you a quality jewelry retail price, in my experience. Thank you JACOJE.
X4!?! That’s absolutely ridiculous. X 2 should be what you are paying. Just look at the example he gives in this video. If 14k is approximately $30/gram, then you should be paying right around $60/gram for the final product. X4 is just absurd
@@whereRbearsTeeth OK, let me know what you find for 2x.
@@MUDSWAT As of today, 14k gold spot price is $31/gram. So according to your advice, you should be paying around $120/gram for a chain. Jacoje 14k chains are all priced around $59/gram. Plenty of other dealers selling right around $60/gram right now. You are f’ing clueless
lmao your bugging I can get a gold chain rn for 44 a gram, used but idc.

Bought from a mall jewelry store at $50 a gram. 10k. Went to 3 pawn shops and they all pay at scrap price. $21-25 per gram. Lucky to get half reselling it. So buy to keep, never getting near the price u paid for it.

What kills me is when for example say gold is 25$ a gram people think they should get an 8 gram chain for 200$
Forgive me if you already answered this question but I’ve noticed pretty much everything on your site follows a little under $60/gram which is awesome compared to the big names! Except your rings like a basic 14k yellow gold 5mm brushed ring is $550 for 5 grams. Why is this? Thx!
The cost to produce is higher. Also in general, the more of something you buy at once, the cheaper it is. I've seen people saying if you want rings/pendants/ etc go elsewhere, but the chains are reasonably priced. I went to hawaiiropechains for the pendant. Found a used 18k pendant at 6 grams for 315. I got lucky tho

Jacoje gives the best price he charging under 60$ a gram 14k is 35 $ a gram before you hire someone to make it plus pay a few dollars a gram to get it from Italy to USA there’s a lot of cash jacoje puts out just to be able to give us all an incredible price per gram if you don’t believe me go to the mall and pay ur 200$ a gram for 14k which they won’t weigh for you because 8 times out of 9 it’s hollow and ur paying 6 grand for a 20 inch 3 mm 14k rope chain that’s hollow so I’m staying with my boy Braden jacoje 4 life!!!!

I ordered my first gold chain an 8mm mariner 26 inch. I really like the look of Jacoje mariner better than others I have seen. I wanted something wide to wear every day, and not have the expense of a 8mm Miami Cuban link or the risk of losing it. I’m a bigger guy 5’11 240 with 18.5 neck. Did I order a big enough chain to have presence and fit my size and be acceptable at work?
I received the chain could not be happier!🔥 I’m so glad I stepped up to 8mm instead of 7mm or 5mm Miami Cuban. The chain hangs straight lays flat and does not twist the lobster clasp stays at the back of my neck. 👌🏻

You sell online, how do you give people the price of mind your product is actual gold? You know how someone can buy and say your product wasnt gold and could report you?
You can have any item purchased from Jacob, tested by any jeweller. If a buyer says it's not real gold, they would have to prove that.
No business would survive very long by being deceitful. Jacoje is definitely real!!
@@sheritee7328 I'm not saying that they sell fake jewelry....I'm talking about the people buying the jewelry, what if a bunch just stated claiming it aint real.
I'm a bit confused, I though chains were charged per gram of gold. So you charge per gram of the entire necklace, not per gram of gold?
a 27g 14k necklace contains 15.6 grams of gold. (14k is 58% gold so 58% of 27 is 15.6)
15.6 times $59 is $920. That chain shouldn't cost more than $1000.
if you are charging $1650 for the chain, each gram of gold is being sold at $105.76 (1650 / 15.6 = 105.76)
I understand you also need to make a profit, but with taxes included, you are marking this chain up $700.
Agreed on that..1650 for 27gram of 14k is indeed a high mark up. But thats just the way it is in USA or the West overall..lower karat but high prices. With 1650 usd supposedly you can already buy 20 gram of 22k gold chain...
But at the end of the days, its your money and choices,go with the one that you really like..because gold is still gold🙏
