@@hiattgrey9161 Jurassic World 2015 was a great movie. JWFK was alright and so was dominion. It’s exactly what you’d want in a Jurassic movie. Dinosaurs an iconic cast, Ian Malcolm jokes and a whole lot of chaos. If you don’t want any of that Jurassic isn’t for you
It's amazing how we all know that Rexy is a movie prop but when I watch this scene my brain still tells me that this is a real T-Rex. That's how you know that this is one of the best monster scenes ever when it still feels real no matter how much you know or how many times you have seen it
Well monster isn’t really an accurate term because Dinosaurs aren’t monsters. They’re animals that lived long ago the lost world really went into that by showing the Trex defending its territory and defending its baby only reason it followed them was because of the blood on Sarah’s jacket. “I'm trying to change 100 years of entrenched dogma. Dinosaurs were characterized very early on as vicious lizards. There's a great deal of resistance to the idea of them as nurturing parents. Robert Burke said that the T. Rex was a rogue who would abandon its young at the earliest opportunity. I know I can prove otherwise.”
This is one of the most legendary scenes in movie history! This made movie theaters explode in both applause and terror. That is the mightiest roar in any Jurassic Park movie.
Nope, this and that roar was heard in The Lost World where the main roar was heard once when the T-Rexes are arriving to their trailer to take their baby. That scene is when Kelly, Eddie and Ian heard the T-Rex’s roar from a distance. Also this roar specifically was also heard in that film, although it was lower-pitched (or at its original pitch) and shortened. This roar can be heard several times in the movie. The JW movies also include this roar. All these movies have these roars expect for Jurassic Park 3 :)
A lot of people say that they’ve haven’t used this roar except for this scene but that’s far from the truth. This roar was heard in all subsequent movies except for jp3. They just lowered the pitch. This version can be heard in TLW when the Male roars before slightly shoving the trailer with its head (albeit in a lower pitch). This goes for JW too when Rexy makes her entrance by destroying the Spinosaurus skeleton to battle the I Rex. Edit: JWFK used this roar in its original form but shortened when Rexy was being carried up in the sky :) (JWD did so as well)
"Keycheck space minus o, keychecks off, safety space minus o." He's turning the safety systems off. He doesn't want anybody to see what he's about to do. Now, look at this next entry. That like, show you how bad ass Rexy is my favorite roar would have to be the scene where after defeating the last raptor in the visitor center, where the T-Rex lets out what I can only describe as a demonic elephant, screaming howl with a few growls mixed in basically this one ruclips.net/video/ArAeSg0tNI8/видео.html
This is where my mind immediately went, when my mother yelled my name across the house growing up. Well... this or Godzilla. Thank you Speilberg & studio Toho for the comedically appropriate sounds for my mothers bellowing.
It still annoys me that this is the only time they ever used this roar in the entire franchise. It’s literally perfect and in my opinion it’s a more iconic roar than Godzillas.
It’s the only time Rexy did this roar but there are multiple variations of this roar’s sound all throughout this movie nd even the whole franchise, with the scene of the Buck Rex about to run out of the gas station in The Lost World being the best example.
Respectfully, it's not. It's not nearly as exciting, loud nor as chilling. Her vocal cords had gotten a much lower-tone. Rexy is known for her high-pitched roar.

Hi
Why you like my reply? Who liked it?
The fact that this is the only scene in the entire franchise where they used this sound effect is a crime.
I know. I'm glad they utilized the Lost World roars in Fallen Kingdom. Made me think they'd use this one again too.
isn't it;)
😭
