I got a couple of those three booster packs the other day at a rite aid because the pack behind lathliss looked like old packs and they were both darksteel!
Last time I did that I hit up a Rite Aid liquidating everything in the store and I ended up with like 4 packs of Kaladesh out of 3 packs. Sadly, no Masterpieces.
Those 3 packs with the promo on top are the packs I'm buying at my local chain pharmacy, I've been getting 2 packs of M19 and a darksteel, Betrayers of Kamigawa, Battlebond, Ixalan, Aether revolt, Kaladesh, and Dominaria.. I'm assuming I'm the only person in town that buys them. Lol
Well duh, the products are also of terrible quality and a ripoff without being searched. But they make for good content and watching some guy actually open one of the terrible collector packs or the "promo and packs" box that gives like amonkhet packs with a 25 cent promo of either the one hydra or the one sphinx
Every time I see those or I see the ones like regular packs at Walmart I keep thinking like I won't ever get anything good like it's all rigged or something.

considering mtg doesn't have MSRP anymore and they just charge stores an ammount then the stores decide their selling price...... it cant be "$50 in retail value!!" LOL
