If it’s 17.3 those flickering lines look like they’re moving down slowly. The flickering lines don’t move up or down at 17.133 because 60 (the frames per second) divided by 3.5 is about 17.14. If the tps is 60/1.5, 60/2.5, 60/3.5, or anything else that’s 60/x.5, if you stare at the same spot on the screen it looks like there’s flickering lines that don’t move up or down. So it has to be 17.133. It will look like that if it’s 10.933, 13.333, 17.133, 24, or 40tps. However the lines will look thicker on the faster speeds. Sorry if this seems like total nonsense XD
