- Hello people, this is my spiral incantation build for Elden Ring DLC shadow of the erdtree pvp and invasions at level 160.
This build is a faith and dex build and i focus on using the spiral incantations only for spells even tho they are not the best I’ll be honest, but the barbed staff-spear is my main weapon as it’s the spiral type weapon that fits and I added some theme fitting faith weapons as well to make the build that bit better.

A nice feature of giant golden arc is that it can hit through corners like glintstone arc as long as the middle of the arc doesn't hit any surface, so it's good when host and phamtoms are behind pillars or corner camping if you free aim it.

These spells and that ash of war need a buff and better hit box

I love this build so much, outside of pvp with the right stat dumping and experience using the spells I think they do decent. It's kind of sad when people end up thinking their stuff is bad, especially when the problem lies in people who only care about winning. They use the most busted weapons, and ashes of war. There's nothing wrong with playing to win, competition can be fun. The thing for me is when you can tell that's the only reason this build exists. I'm not saying everyone who uses backhand blades, or ROB should be witch hunted or are assholes. I'm just pointing out on how something might look bad because it's not put together with the sole intention of pile-driving everyone into the dirt.
Yeah I agree with you in making builds that are fun to use first and foremost, that’s what I try to do anyway, even if builds are not the easiest to win with I’ll still use them, I may complain a little but if it’s fun that’s what I’m looking for!
@@CondimentsIV Yeah I don't get to pvp because I don't have money to sacrifice to Microsoft, but I do like watching them go down. Especially like these where people prove you can make it work, and I think that's inspiring in a way.

Ey, great vid! just a thing, i saw a comment saying the dmg is pretty low, if i remember well, sadly holy damage is bugged since 1.07, in pvp (not in pve) lot of holy damage boosters dont work, in your case both canvas talismans, godfrey icon, alexander shard, and i think even the spiraltree seal bonus to spiral encantations) i love to see some invasions full optimized ( faith stat boosters, sacred scorpion charm, holy crackedtear, your better scaling seal , rakshasha armor or any overall damage up boosters) , but you wil probably end up taking a lot more dmg 😢, tell me if you try or if it helps you in other holy damage focused invasions!
Thank you mate I appreciate that! And yeah I heard that as well so i didn’t use the flock canvas talisman on this build but i didn’t know even Godfreys and the spiral seal don’t work, sad stuff, definitely adjust my builds on future faith ones, thanks mate!

can u use a build with the Bone Bow? Tried it in duels and its oppressive af, changed most of my talismans for arrow dmg because as soon as you get some range you can spam it
Yeah I was going to do an archer build but I was having a hard time but I’ll get back to it and give it a go again at some point!
What about the rings of light spells? Like they are very similar and there is that multilayer one.
Yeah they do look similar but those incantations are miquellan type spells, I was going for just spiral type incantations, but that multilayered one is very good, I do like that spell!
Im honestly amazed they made a seal for these, and they suck
And there is no seal for rot incantations
Yeah now you mention it it’s odd they would do that for incantations that are so bad and the rot ones are good and they have more of them now haha
Next time you should use the staff that makes everyone take more holy damage. Forgot the name
Ah the gideon one? Yeah didn’t even think of that, would have been good!
Some of this was painful to watch. Hosts and furled finger summons Non stop L2s. Seems like the invader was playing on the hosts ground of choosing a lot. Draw them suckers to a spot that negates any advantage
Yeah it was a hard session with this build, I got impatient won’t lie, but yeah always get any advantage you can!
I’m not gonna lie even for pvp those spells suck
