Happy New Year Steve! Thanks for the “non-update”.... I’m surprised “they” allowed that fella to put those sand bags there... seems it would be illegal in some kind of way. I hope it saves his house though! Dang, that would suck worse than a Janet Jackson street dance pharmaceutical commercial if he lost his house twice!!!
I have a feeling he had to have a permit for those sandbags. Don't get me started again on Pharma commercials. I cut cable years ago. They have figured ways to get this stupid sh*t into shows that aren't supposed to have commercials. BTW, I need to talk to you about your car's warranty.

I love hanging out on the point at OI. We like to play bocce ball there in the evenings. Anyways that new camera looked great AS! The Rails to trail sounds awesome. I always wanted to ride the creeper trail. BTW: this sure sounded like a Channel update!.!.! 🤷♂️

Good decision to return the renter to the ocean....its takes 3 months to evict and you loose money...lol...better see more drone stuff...just saying. And fishing dammit....safe new year to you and adventure Wifeee....
