In Shiva Puranam, lord hanuman may be considered as an incarnation of lord shiva but in Vishnu Puram, lord shiva blesses Anjana and Kesari with hanuman.

Like Lord Vishnu , Shiva has many avatars like Hanuman , Kaal Bhairav , Sharaba , Brishav , Pippalaad ( forgive me if the spelling is wrong ) etc.
Not the same. Aspects are not to be confused with an Avatar.
Avatars are Incarnations, born for a cause: Subjugation, Restoration, Escort, Defense or any other work to be done etc.
Aspects are like Jobs or like an Occupation taken temporarily.
Eg: Kalabhairava who beheads Brahma, and wanders Material World to show the significance of Karma and the Deeds. While Krishna was birthed for several different reasons like restoring Dharma, slaying those demons and other significances that were to be done directly in that Material World for betterment.
This is nonsense! Hanuman is a reincarnation of Shiva, so is Adi Shankaracharya and Chandrashekara Saraswathi of Kanchi. Lord Brahma also took birth as the son of Anasuya Devi as Soma.
The reason why Lord Vishnu takes avatars every yuga is because he is the protector of the universe..
Shiva was not originally suppose to take avatars .
Taking Avatara is an aspect of Vishnu not Shiva.
Only in later addition was Hanuman associated to Shiva.

In krishna avatar he got back the sudharshan chakra he paid for with one of his eye to lord shiva in name of protecting devas from danavs and at the end ashvadhama was too sick to remember the knowledge and arjun's knowledge was taken when he last met krishna.
Now, he will only come as kalki when everything is destroyed to demarcate the land and return to vaikunth.
And we have no knowledge of saptarishi left now.
Supreme lord vishnu is the one who makes the curses of his devotees to became true. As the sage was a devote of the lord so he himself accepted the curse and made it true. Or else no curse can affect the supreme lord as he is the one who makes them true.

they are supreme gods, if vishnu wanted the curse would have just bounced off, these events are organised by themselves(the supreme, i.e. the existence) such that for vishnu will come to the level of humans and end their pain and give them right direction in human form/ Shiv can take any number of forms, so can brahma and vishnu. All happens for our benefit, they are themselves united as one and god only they don't need anything from us or to be bound by a curse. T event of cursing was conducted just as an excuse for god himsef to come down and show us the way to him in many many forms at different times

Even if thyself got cursed then it was according to the supreme Lord Vishnu's plan. eg: To kill demon Hayagriva Lord Vishnu made a situation that thyself's wife Goddess Laxmi cursed him that he will be beheaded one day. Narayana did it in order to kill Demon Hayagriva(horse headed demon) because he got a boon that only someone look like the demon can kill him

Nothing happens without Lord Vishnu's will. He is the Supreme Lord without whose wish Brahma or Shiva too cannot function.

To solve doubts, in Rameshwaram- it was Shiva who worshipped Rama. As Rama was worshipping the Shiva linga, Shiva came with folded hands and declared, *Ram ishwaro yasya sa Rameshwara* i.e. Ram is the Ishwar, hence the name Rameshwar.
