WOW!!!Very beautiful song and woman,I was blown away by this never really listend to sax music much but this has really moved me i seriously teared up around 2:20ish
Played North Sea Jazz Festival at 12 and didn't start out on an alto at 6 years old but on a soprano. Soprano is much harder to play well. Some people say "start with something easy" but if you start with something hard, you may be frustrated often at the start but later discover that you can play anything, and much better.
Candy Dulfer (CD) her life music is like her name , like a CD .now, I know where she got this sweetness . Cause you are very sensitive anf you are sweet like a candy.
Víctor Enrique Malaver Salcedo Hello Sir. After 8 years your answer to your question( a little late.) This mouthpiece is made and costumised by Frank van Swaay in the Netherlands. It was specialy made for Candy . The mouthpiece is called : Candykisses. Greetings from Holland
@@rialopib Thanks, namens Victor.
Inderbinen alto played by a virtuoso with her husband on keys, one day I hope to be lucky enough to listen to her play live; maybe a duet with my tenor filling in beneath some of the high stuff - dream time !!

.. cries .. Invented by Harold Rhodes during WWII, co-marketed by Rhodes and Fender and then CBS-Fender during the 60s and 70s. Hence most surviving specimens are branded "Fender-Rhodes". Brand now owned by Roland (who have released some rather poor keyboards under the name). But yes, an awesome instrument. Keybeds are usually a bit hard when compared to a good modern piano or synth, but the sound, the sound ....
i don't think so! i mean : girls (like boys) can play sax. it's not a "guys instrument" or "a girl one" : sax can be played by everyone. i'm a girl, i play sax and i'm very proud to! (i don't look stupid) !candy Dulfer's a great saxophonist :D!
lol people make arguments for no reason. It's more common for a guy to play the saxophone?yes, usually its alway a guy who plays... however, is there a rule out there that says girls aren't supposed to play the sax? and they have to look a certain way in order to play? and if they do play the sax it means they are gay? wtf! how old are you guys really? im 18 and i think im more mature than most you saying this shit.
What the f..k you think she is? Seems you've a clue who she is. Candy had concerts all over the world, her dad Hans Dulfer is 1 of the best jazz saxophonist in the world so she's as well but more smooth jazz. She had played many times on the North Sea Jazz festival in The Hague and had concerts with Sheila E., Maceo Parker, Van Morrison, Dave Stewart,Prince, Madonna and Mavis Staples She can play everything. Who the hell is little boy SaxHero, a nobody:-)
And then again, SHE played North Sea Jazz festival at age 12 and SHE plays funk AND jazz and SHE started out on sop at age 6. This is not necessarily my kind of music either, but that does not mean a thing. She can play.
im not saying chicks can't play sax i know a lot of bad ass chicks that play its just that i think that if your gonna play a sax you don't wear make up and facy dresses and make your hair and those cute little shoes!! and shes really not that good of a player. theres not a lot of musical shit shes doing and like i said her altissimo is a JOKE
She is a good player, indeed, but after you listen to some more serious guys like Kenny Garrett, smooth jazz players start sounding much all the same, with their vicious minor pentatonic fast runs. Please, don't take me wrong. She has a beautiful sound, and deserves all the success, but the problem with her and many other smooth players is the lack of surprise. It's almost as I can guess the next notes. They don't push harder on the harmony, or neither risk themselves. I'm not saying they don't know how to do it. Maybe they just don't want to risky loosing a wider audience.
candy is not 'a' jazz player. her music is Funk. It is rowdy and energetic, like on steroids. Her most recent albums have been funky. you can't guess the next notes on her song What To Do. She's a blast when she plays live.
A longer version of this masterful session would be the greatest thing 2020 could ever ask for.
It is a shame not be more widely known!
I like her acidjazz songs.
My absolute favorite song… she is one Bad chick🔥🔥🔥🔥
Just perfect!
im getting weak just listening to this...this is some good better yet great stuff
How do you NOT like this? It is beautiful and live.

Perfeita!
Great.
This is Fairyland!
sweeet playing! :) does any one know what horn she's paying?
Thumbs up for the fantastic performance but thumbs down for the awful quality. What happened to the higher quality version that was out there.
Geil das ist ein INDERBINEN Sax
I Think this is a better cut than the CD track of this song-"Everything"
caaraa... essa mulher toca mto...
Thomas Bank is great on the Fender Rhodes piano - I like this version of "Everytime" better than the one on her new album, too bad it's so short.....
best wel cool dat ze nederlands is.
Vinnik ook.
Fantastic interpretation and sensitivty...
great lady
@delisonbor ....IOI, that´s legendary Fender Rhodes E-Piano...easy called "Rhodes", built since 1967....:_)....:-).....:-)
5 stars
it's not an organ, it's an electric piano invented by The Fender Corp.
awesome instrument
Anybody have the sheet music or can tell me how to get it ?
Needless to say... Damn.
is jody jazz mpc?

Candy Dulfer I so love you girl... :)B

does anyone know of whom is the composition ?
haha yeah it does sound like an organ if you're not careful, but it's THE EP! can't get that pretty bell sound and growl on an organ.
das Stück und die beiden Musiker sind unglaublich gut....
was etwas stört, ist das businessige Outfit der guten Candy
what kind of organ is that?
I usually hate pianos, but that sounds nice.
its either classified in easy listening or smooth jazz
I can belive, this is like you're making love, so gentle, easy, with love of your life in your arms, never forgetable, like my Marija!
She's playing on a Inderbinen alto sax. Not sure what mouthpice setup she's using in this.

Why do you hate pianos dude?
Candy Dulfer IS NOT dumb. Same for girls playing the sax. & they WILL NEVER look so.
She married this guy a year later.......
candy moet veel meer jazz spelen
lol people make arguments for no reason. inderbinen alto
very very very sexual music
Hoe heb je dit opgenomen? Klinkt erg raar, geluid gaat van de eene kant naar de andere kant, zeer irritant met een headset op

Because most of them sound terrible to me, and I do not like the sound of hammered strings versus plucked strings (harpsichord, guitar, etc)
