I am very surprised by the interview format. This seems to be more interviewer-led clearly, but I was expecting a general question though with a general framework before diving into the questions.
Would this be an example of an "informal interview" ?

How would you rate this interview? I'd say there is some room for improvement, especially in structuring the answers and trying to keep the lead in the interview.
