Alex and Andrea: *freaking out*
Danya, calmly: "This is actually all theory"
😂😂
Hahaha omg
@streamx3m in an adoption match, yes. Adoption is an attempt to beat someone 10-0, and the stronger player, the adopter, only wins if they win 10-0. A single win for the adoptee is a match win for them, even if they're down 9 games.
😂... grandmasters, right?
@streamx3m Their gap level is pretty much what you'd expected. With that said, most viewers would lose to the Botez sisters too in equal matches.
Andrea: "We need to get him out of theory."
Danya: "I am theory."
Underrated
*out of theory for one turn.*
danya: okay now this is theory again.
@streamx3m yes. because the odds are still in your favor and with your proven level of play there's no reason you should lose.
This was the format change Magnus was petitioning FIDE.
LMAO
* This -was- *is* the format change Magnus was petitioning FIDE *for*
@@maloxi1472 editing comments is for the weak
@@jimdiroffii Suit yourself, buddy 😉
He proposed a dance off between him and Nepo instead of a Armageddon match. He's been taking dance lessons, but unfortunately, FIDE declined.
Danya so upset for not knowing dance theory and having to wing it.
Boney M - Rasputin Gambit
Petition for this dance to be a tie breaker for World Blitz championship
signed
Seeing who farts the loudest would be a better tiebreaker than that buccholz bullshit they currently have in place
Yessssssssssssssssssssssss! 🤣
do whats good for chess!!! DANCE!!!!
Love how savage Daniel is in this. “Too easy”
To think that the sisters would destroy 99% of us easily, and then a GM like Daniel can do this to them. So many levels.
Yeah its almost unbelievable how overpowered Danya is just in general. I mean that first game was brutal.
Savage? The word disrespectful comes to mind
they wouldn't destroy me, I am about 2350 on lichess.
Then you think about how Magnus would do this to Naro
@@11pupona They would eat you for breakfast but whatever makes you feel better
My new phrase of the day:
'We just got Danya'd'. 😂
Alex: "Don't give him the H file he's baiting you." Still fell for it lol
Best part is Alex herself finally caved and took
They didn't fall for it, they couldn't find a better move hahaha
The ending was hilarious lmao i can't breathe 🤣🤣🤣 specially danya's face when he realized he's the one who's going to dance.
I'm pretty sure it wasn't the dancing but that he missed their winning tactic that nearly brought him to tears.
@@kristianbasile7141 absolutely! Yes! 😂
Danya should play in the speed chess championships this year. I actually think he would do pretty well, esp with the bullet time control at the end of the tournament format. Not saying he would win, but I could definitely see him making it deep, even against elite GMs. His blitz/bullet chess is outrageously good.
Danya I see you liked this comment , just here to reiterate what was earlier said , YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY PLAY SCC
Not sure why he doesn’t get an invite. He has to win these brutal mini tournaments to get in.
"we need to get him out of theory which is literally impossible" then daniel premoves 7 into the london system
My respect for Danya only increases day by day, he's literally the best chess influencer
Thanks for the dual commentary, these are my favourite format for sure
This is why Danya is my top 1 player, person, and commentator
He is out of this world
Love you Danya
your top person? that's high praise. there are a lot of people
@@Hellmuth4 ok let me be more specific - Danya is one of the best chess players, chess persons, and chess commentators. Any chess content with Danya is worth watching.
I still admire lots of people tho, you are right. That was some serious nitpicking mate :P
@Jul W he was just trying to be clever
@@NickMaovich he was right, and nice reply yep.
doing the dance half off cam was a baller move
Scammed!
Divide and conquer, you had them infighting by game 2. 😂
Either of the Botez sisters could beat me 999 games out of a thousand. And it just blows my mind that the rating difference between them and me is the SAME as the difference between them and Danya.
9-1out of 10games so may be 100 for 1000games
@@prajwalfyawali2275 I'm using my rating for 10 minute rapid, since I don't play bullet. I am radically worse at 5 minutes or less
An online "Elo win probability calculator" gave me these results:
Rating 1: 2600 (Danya)
Rating 2: 2100 (Botez sisters)
Elo difference: 500
material odds: 1.90 pawns
Player 1 expected score: 0.959940843 (for one game)
Draw probability: 0.058624071
@@prajwalfyawali2275 don't forget there were insane time odds too
@@raphaelmarly6439 he is SuperGMif he won botez that doesn't matter too much because he beat many stronger GM even Carlson in less than 10sec so it does matter to them so botez were so happy where as GM little Regret about miss win and blunder so it mattttterrrrrr to people who is below loow at ratings
Lmao they use 1.5 minutes and Danya only uses 2 seconds
Danya is on another level. He's radically fast, even among Grandmaster. The guy can go toe to toe with Carlsen in hyperbullet. And he would do the same with Nakamura if not for personal, emotional issues
Daniel's strength seems to be with these blitz/bullet games where he is able to compete with these so-called super grandmasters. He is already a very strong grandmaster (among top 200 for sure) but in blitz/bullet he should be much higher.
personal issues?
@@MasterJack2 he’s top 5 bullet in the world, according to another comment.
@@tacticalchunder1207
Not "according to another comment". He's top 5 in the world based on both rating and tournament performance. He got 3rd in chess сом's most recent Bullet chess championship ─ in which many of the world's top players such as Nakamura, Tang, Minh Le, and Bortnyk participated ─ behind only Nakamura and Tang. He is frequently the highest-rated bullet player on both chess сом and Lichess.
Objectively speaking, only Carlsen, Nakamura, Tang, and Alireza are better than him. He beats pretty much everybody else.
Daniel had such supervillain vibes in this video and it was beautiful
Hottest chess youtuber and the Botez sisters. Thanks for another banger sensei.
Danya's play speed is truly amazing
In the speedruns it's like watching quicksilver in that X-men movie... as soon as the 20 second sound effect bleeps Danya goes super speed and suddenly has 200 moves until defeat. More time than almost any chess game. It's no contest. The opponents gets maybe 10 moves in while Danya has 200 to work with
@@trequor Andrew Tang and Aman Hambleton are even faster. Idk why Aman isn't one of the top hyper/ultra-bullet players in the world (maybe simply because he hasn't tried it), but he is ridiculously good with no time on the clock.
@@maxkho00 Aman and Tang both mid 2500 GMs . Danya is 2630ish ?Unsure . They are all fast. Aman had a hard time becoming a GM . He tries for many years till he finally got it in Iceland I believe. I am with the view ,Online play is different from OTB.
Danya: "Just got to create some discord"
Botez sisters at that exact time winding up a conflict !
danya: this is a complete bluff
botez sisters: *stress*
2:47 casually shifting the Alekhine gun to the right and then left… just wow
it looks like they are playing stockfish the way he is moving instantly everytime lolll
ROFLLLLLLL Omg so glad I watched this to the end. Danya is such a savage sheeeeesh. That thousand yard stare in the end though was so priceless pahaha
Huge respect for sticking with the dance. I really enjoy your videos, they bring me joy, Danya :D
Danya! Thank you for putting the song names in the description🥹. So helpful to put on my chess playlist, you legend
Interesting to see that even a GM can be focused so much on attack that he forget about defense. awesome Danya thx for that
he didn't forget about his defense, he just ignored their attack
I didn't know who he was and after this I respect and admire him so much, he's gained a new subscriber.
Danya: i already blundered
Alex: something tells me he knows this line
Damn poor Danya.
Imagine destroying your opponent without any chance and then slipping one game.
I am rooting for our sensei
This is why adoption challenges are brutal against any professional player. To win ten games in a row with these odds is really, really difficult. Even though Danya is so much stronger, with only 30 seconds per game he is going to make mistakes. He actually made 3 obvious ones in this single video, Botez just failed to capitalize on the other two.
It's an adoption match so he technically lost 😭😭😭
After only watching Danya in the speedrun videos he seems like a pretty smart player with a decent rating, but then videos like these pop up and you are reminded of his actual power level, an absolute beast. It's nuts how utterly outmatched a WFM is as an opponent.
There are better WFMs than Botez, especially in bullet. But yeah, GMs are on another level
He is, like in the Top 5 in the world in bullet chess!
@@jibrankhalil4837 he is literally 5th although he beat Carlsen last time in a short bullet match and also beat penguin who seemed to be playing after some break. So he could be 4th but at least 5th.
hahahaha his rating isnt as low as his speedrun accounts LMAO his real rapid would be something like 26-2700
A WFM is barely even a title...might as well lower the bar even further so that even 1600s can be titled players.
Here I was looking at the length of the video, super confident that Danya must win, he easily gets to 9/0 and then, OMG, that ending. I just wish the camera angle was better. That was hilarious!
They actually play way worse together , much stronger solo. Fun ending, I wonder if he danced on purpose out of the pictureframe? smart, hes like 500 elo in dancing
that chessbrah type music distracts me lol. I start fake dancing in my chair like I just took a hit of X. No diss, I enjoyed the video
Clearly the most entertaining chess content of 2022
I was so sad fo Danya getting mated, but the dance cheered me up. Love u Danya ❤️
I remember when you guys did this like two years ago
Time flies by
I thought it’s a reupload at first
Wow good timing I just started up yt to be met with a new video 1 minute ago.
Well played
Thoroughly entertained
that was absolutely not the ending i was expecting.
That was hysterical! All it takes is one blunder
i starte watching naroditsky 2 months ago, from that time i was familiar with that stream music & i looked for my old boris brejcha music & i knew chess would be a good game to play lol.
Guys just think about it, this guy beat 2 2200s with 30 secs 9 times in a row
Well don't get mad at me, but a female 2200 isnt equivalent to a male 2200. Just a messenger.

I feel like playing in a team of 2 is almost a disadvantage in this Time control

Seperately they are 2200. Together they are 1200.
This thumbnail is from my selfie with Danya !!
This was funny watching Danya play with the Boris Brejcha minimal tech mix by Rotreiller playing in the backround, loved it xD
Legend Danya! We love you!!!
Alex had better chances alone as the last game shows😉, Andrea distracts her from game 1
When I saw the title I was like "why is YT recommending this, I watched it already", not realizing this is ROUND 2 of the Dance-off! LOL
I love how he loses 2 seconds while they lose 2 minutes on the clock haha
I love you two for making this happen 😂
You need to do this more
Wait, isn't it actually a disadvantage for the Botez sisters to have to play together during a blitz match? If it were at least rapid, then having someone next to you to spot tactics, blunders, and good strats is nice. But during blitz, they can't help at all. They can only slow you down by distracting you.
It depends on how well they work together. The Botez sisters have a decent amount of practice playing Blitz as a team so it might even be an advantage for them. Though they did argue a lot.
@@crownofarnias I dunno. Throughout this series they opened well (better than me, of course), but constantly missed free pieces and easy tactics, and made huge positional errors.
Didn't seem like having an extra person aided them at all.
Danya: "I don't have much time for this." Me: "I'd play the Botez sisters anytime anywhere for the rest of my life."
Damya secretly wanted to dance
Hats off to you sir. What a good sport
I cant getover how fast they all move. i'm new to chess and....I cant even decide having a cheese burger over a vile of poison this fast!

That thumbnail is a masterpiece
With attitude like theirs, they really can’t ever loose…
Its crazy to see how a GM is so superior to 2 very strong players, but even crazier to see how good of a dancer a GM is. 😂
Love the contente Danya
This commentator guy isn't half bad at Chess. He might even have what it takes to give the mighty Rebecca Harris a true challenge.
intense city
bro danya looks so damn menacing in this
The absolute shock written on Danyas face.
You cannot get a GM out of chess theory... they are walking around Chess Enzyclopedia's.
I love Danya for comments like "ive only spent 2 seconds, thats kinda good"
minimal techo in the background.. nice!
Does anyone know the music/playlist used in this video?^^
I wanna know too
37:28 If those ten games somehow weren't evidence that he is a really strong gm, this is
33:04 LOL is this the inverse of Carlsen's famous "too weak, too slow" game??
Danya shellshocked lol ggs
Love these videos
Much respect for sticking to the dance.b
hahahahha he outsmarted them in the end
Amazing content, amazing person...
FIX YOUR CAMERA FOR THE NEXT DANCE AHAHAHA
I think danya should see their reactions to the games
It's always fascinating to see the gap between GMs and other chess masters.
Finally subscribed after this video lmao
The game at 14 was insane! Nice draw-avoid
the pre-moves are just insane...!
Me with 15 seconds on the clock: I need to move move, just do whatever I don't have time to thing
Tanya with 15 seconds on the clock: oh I'm chilling, let me make some tea, go on a walk, maybe browse some reddit, oh I guess ill make a move now.
great games so far (at the moment of writing this I've only watched til 12:35). On that note, could someone explain to me why, at 12:31, pawn f5 is a bad move? (GM Daniel Naroditsky comments that it is a bad move). To me it looks like a decent move though there must be something I am missing here. Anyway, I really enjoy the content you are making and I always learn a lot from your videos.
He looked *so sad* at the end.
Having trouble deciding whether this is a blitz match or a bullet one. The girls having 3 minutes play as if it was a bullet and Danya is leaving 30% of his time for the endgame as if it was blitz game :)
Man you adopted them very good. Take care of them while in adoption.
Daniel just calmly dissects the botez twins and is like.....well, so far this is all theory
I didn't see this coming lolll
You’re a class act, Danya 👏
😂😂😂can't believe this actually happened
Fun fact: The man dancing isn't actually Daniel Naroditsky, but a paid actor that replaced him in the dance part, Naroditsky dances much better.
Choked the last game for good content & a plot twist
Brain power doesn't add up, they are losing it by playing as a team
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 you are the best!
