Nice video! Good use of the term ‘re-imagined’ for things that Miss Coco did not invent but are often attributed to her. As she said, she had a gift and was one of the first (and best) social influencers of our time.
No doubt that she has been bored for the past 50 some years and if possible, has been devising a plan to return and revolutionize the industry. Unfortunately for her, she might still only own less than 10% of her own company even if she became immortal.
    Forever copied. Never duplicated.

Thank you for this comment, much appreciated --- I agree with it all, and I like your social influencer angle.

      @ You are welcome.
Yes, If she was forward thinking enough to douse the leading ladies of local society with no 5 then send them out into both the neighborhood and the world (heck she even sent bottles to Queen Elizabeth II) before she even put a single bottle out on the market, then she could market anything to anybody at any time. I gotta give the woman credit, she had a gift and knew how to use it. Her flexibility was also key: if Paris doesn’t understand a design, find other customers who do and market it to them. Boom.
A lot of biographies talk about how she invented this or invented that when really there are very few things that she created from ground up but she tweaked many things, made them better, made them simpler, made them more accessible, then gave them a magnificent name, and laid them at the worlds feet.

This awful little woman was a willing Nazi collaborator and spy and was complicit in the betrayal and deportation of many French Jews, some of whom she had been close friends with before the war. I marvel at how people like you all glorify and laud this treasonously despicable antisemite and unrepentant Nazi sympathizer. She is the epitome and personification of what Hannah Arendt said about Adolf Eichmann (and countless people like him), Adolf Hitler's willing henchman of the Holocaust, who systematically planned and zealously orchestrated the deportation and slaughter of millions of Jews during his infamous 1962 trial in Jerusalem in her famous work, Eichmann in Jerusalem: A Report on the Banality of Evil, which I posted below. Anyone who celebrates and praises this woman is no better than she was, and each of you should be utterly ashamed. SMDH
"The trouble with Eichmann was precisely that so many were like him, and that the many were neither perverted nor sadistic, that they were, and still are, terribly and terrifyingly normal. From the viewpoint of our legal institutions and of our moral standards of judgment, this normality was much more terrifying than all the atrocities put together."

Excellent video! In fact, I did not know that Chanel did men’s clothing! Awesome.

Thank you for your comment, much appreciated ! Chanel does menswear since Lagerfeld - they don’t have a full collection for men but most runway shows carry a few items for men - 🙏🏼
