She’s experiencing separation anxiety and some sort of depression as well because in a way she was mentally prepared for the break up but now she went through it it’s triggering a lot on top of the confusion but she recognizes it and that’s the first to getting better. Baby I’m 29 and I get it! Hormones will take a toll on you. I used to cry for NO REASON and when I couldn’t identify why or what the issue was I cried more! Hormones are the devil 😭 I haven’t had this feeling in a while but my birth control type played a part too! Pray and take it day by day it’s literally a wave ❤
