I remember going to Angel Pine for the first time. I just had memorized where to pick up the Desert Eagle, MP5/Uzi Pickups, AK-47 and Body Armor in Los Santos - having done courier missions for money, and getting stuff done as a Vigilante, but entering Angel Pine was like a whole new world for the younger me - I had to explore, find new pick ups, and sometimes dip into Los Santos just to get some bullets for my AK and Uzi. It was also there I felt CJ lost everything from his roots - evicted from Grove, his brother arrested, and spared from Tenpenny just to have CJ cover his bloody tracks. From here CJ had to pick up the pieces - rob some small towns with an insane girlfriend, work for a hippie, and eventually stumbled upon a San Fierro racing outfit. This part of the game placed wonderful pacing in exploration in a massive sandbox that not many games nowadays manage to seamlessly weave into the main story. GTA: San Andreas is a beautiful classic.

Tenpenny eventually throws in exclusively with the ruthless Ballas, supplying them with dangerous crack cocaine with which to flood the streets and turn countless civilians and crooks alike into suffering addicts. To secure Balla rule, Tenpenny ensures the systematic slaughter of smaller gangs, such as Grove Street, and in a haphazard attempt on the life of Grove Street's leader Sweet, Tenpenny has a drive-by carried out that kills Sweet's elderly mother. To keep his crimes hidden, Tenpenny regularly murders fellow officers of the law as well as other whistleblowers, either with his own hands or by forcing those like Carl "CJ" Johnson to do his dirty work, threatening the latter with having his brother raped and killed if he refuses. Tenpenny is also responsible for the corruption of Big Smoke, making him become the face of the drug empire Tenpenny has constructed, planning all the while to eliminate him. Tenpenny's villainy is so rampant that Los Santos begins tearing itself apart in an outraged riot over his unchecked evil, at which point Tenpenny tries to eliminate loose ends, leave his allies to die in a fire, and flee the state to save his own skin. Tenpenny's ambition nearly destroys San Andreas, and to the very end he sneers that those against him were nothing but "trash" to be taken out.

I'm gotta say this, the first act of the game was the best part of the game. The interaction between the characters is great, location is great, there's no mundane long drives in the missions. Just my 2 cents.
It was Tenpenny and Pulaski’s demise though because it aloud CJ to make new friends and plan everything out and come full circle. Building his own empire of management for Madd Dogg, owning a stakes in the Four Dragons Casino, a heist in Caligula’s Casino making 100 grand for himself and getting stronger little by little overall. If Tenpenny was smart he would have had the Ballas kill him and Sweet under the bridge but then we wouldn’t have an amazing game but that’s my opinion
honestly, after the misson home in the hills, CJ did came back to Los Santos while tenpenny didn't notice anything as he was about to get investigated, after the whole blackmail.
Honestly, I think GTA San Andreas should get a complete remastered. I’m not talking about the remastered that they got right now I’m talking about as far as mechanics go not graphics like combat driving and other things make it more up-to-date.
You mean a remake, like the Mafia remake. Definitely would be amazing but Rockstar won't do that anytime soon especially since we already got the garbage remaster from 2 years ago
I'd say that there's an option that make even more sense for Ryder than dying as a loyal GSF member. Instead of the "traitor" route that we got and the "loyal" scenario others have mentioned, what about a "coward" scenario? Ryder somehow evades harm and capture under the Mulholland Intersection or isn't present in the first place. Smoke tries to win him over. Ryder plays along for a short while, but then skips town at a random time. Or, if we believe that Ryder isn't smart and convincing enough to fool Smoke into believing he is genuinely on his side, then have him rush home and leave immediately, before the dust settles down. Pulling a coward move definitely seems more like Ryder thing than does betrayal.
One thing i love about Rockstar is how they implement real history into every series. San Andreas is based on real LA events in the 90s, RDR based on real old west people and stories, same for LA Noire and the rest of the GTAs
This explanation Really made Tenpenny’s death sweeter. Though even he couldn’t stop the series of events that would lead to his eventual downfall. Keeping CJ out of LS made CJ form alliances of his own, and once the wheels of fate finally turned, Tenpenny wasn’t getting back on top.
I had played gta san Andreas for at least 3 yrs, just fucking around, playing for fun. I used to do 1 mission a month. But after the green sabre mission, and after the cutscenes ended and CJ ended up at angel pine for the badlands mission, I realized that shit just got real. That really peaked my interest in the game
4:12 there is a slight little problem with having the murder weapon, that is, the serial number of each weapon is registered at the PD. Showing the weapon as a evidence would actually compromise the trio.
Probably they used an illegal gun. If you know the TV show "The Shield", the corrupt cops had many illegal guns in their car ready to be used in case they want to frame a criminal.
Good video. Can you do a video on the topic why madd dogg never found that Cj stole his rhyme book, why Og Loc never told that in the mission "Cut throat business" besides mentioning a lot of facts including the fact that he betrayed Cj to Big Smoke and the ballas. Also we could guess that Madd Dogg found about this somehow but menaged to stay quiet because the fact that Cj saved him when he trayed to commit suicide. Can you do a video on this topic? I think that you would get a lot of views as for the likes
But didnt the taxi cj was in had some kind of back log? If so he could have gone to court and say here is my plane ticket and here is my taxi ride, how could i have done this?
I always thought this too lol his timestamps would have cleared him. Although... Would not have saved him from being killed by Tenpenny and his goons... So. Who knows really.
But though when i was playing this game all time as a kid i didnt know why the presence of the grove street was not there on the map after i completed the mission well for me i did not go back though and listened to the game instead but damn i did have great experience
So I’m playing San Andreas rn and I just finished the green Sabre mission, I just gotta know does dj ever get back to the gang shit in los santos? Because I miss it
The reason Tenpenny wanted cj to stay away from los Santos was threefold #1 after the green Sabre mission if cj was arrested with sweet what was to stop cj from bringing up what he knew about pendleburys murder being related to crash since there were people from internal affairs looking into tenpenny that's a problem he didn't want.#2 with cj out of los santos and sweet inside combined with the blackmail they had on him they knew cj would have no choice but to do what Tenpenny demands.#3 the last thing Tenpenny would want is cj popping a gasket going back to Los Santos and causing mayhem looking for smoke risking smoke getting killed or cause other grove streat members to follow and starting another gang war.i know the third reason sounds crazy but even if cj got killed in the attempt its a massive problem Tenpenny wouldn't want to deal with.
Imagine if CJ just told Tenpenny to shoot him or if CJ just did it himself, would he be dead forever or would he just wake up outside the nearest hospital.
There was another reason why CJ couldn't leave LS at the start of the game that didn't have anything to do with CRASH. If you listen to the news feed on WTCR at the very beginning of the game, they mention that the bridges are connecting Red county and Flint county have been destroyed/damaged following an earthquake.
I always felt like the game fell off after you left Los Santos. I really didn't find the mission in either San Fiero or Las Venturas to be fun or memorable. It also felt like the story got less real. Like we go from having to spay over some graffiti to flying with a jetpack? It's like the first 3rd of the game was based in realism and then the rest became very video gamey
Hey the art style you use in many still frames of the game that makes it look like a painting, is there a mod to change the actual gameplay to that?? Would be amazing to play the whole game in that art style.
Since i was the fan of this game who beats the game multiple times in all slots. I'd say that Angel Pine is good since of Paramedic and firefighter mission, even all the missions would require just like the 1st mission get an weapon, 2nd mission requires driving skills as i beat the game with all the missions, missions minus wang cars, missions minus Heist or even minus Zero and Wang cars. I've been wondering all the rumors behind of the forest located on Back & Beyond
I just played these games as a kid and enjoyed them too fueled my rage for the games I play today. I never thought about the story just mindlessly playing gta. This story crazy af 😂
What I want to know is WHY Tenpenny kept getting away with framing Carl AFTER Carl befriended a fed, and why didn't he threaten to tell local SFPD and LVPD that a LS officer was out of jurisdiction? I mean, Tenpenny was a LS cop yet he was getting away with crap outside LS.
Is this added in the new definitive edition, since as much as I recall this cutscene with Pendelburry didn't exist in the original? I just remember that they threatened CJ with framing him for the murder without actually ever seeing what happened to it. Maybe I'm wrong, correct me if I am?
Canonically the grove street members doesn’t get disbanded, but the gang does lost all its influence… but ganton is still their turf, thats why we can see grove boys knocked off by crack on grove street in the mission home coming. On beta we were supposed to protect the hood from crack dealers and if we didn’t kill them too often our gang members would be too high to join us. That gameplay was scrapped due to ps2 limitations. Probably thats why they just throw ballas in ganton instead if using the grove boys high on drugs , but canonically smoke was controlling them
hernandez is the only normal and innocent police officer in the whole game ngl, but if he knows what does crash really do, he would be still alive till this day in the game, and if he found out what does Crash really do earlier, he probably would instead kill crash or do something. him and pendlebury is the only normal and innocent one probably, i do not know alot to Crash and to hernandez and pendlebury btw.
he didn't HAD to move he WAS moved by crash then caesar calls and tells him that los santos has turned into current los angeles so cj has nothing to come back to anyway not until he gets backed by triad and sweet gets released from prison

In vcs gonzolaz was escorted to the airport by chopper cover and nearly killed then in vc colonel Cortez said he would never make it to the airport terminal great lore detail I noticed myself replaying the games

@@yaboinamedblank76 I mean immediately after the Crash interaction go to internal affairs and tell them everything that just happened. They would be screwed and Sweet wouldn't be in jail yet.
@@sandhilltucker while he wouldn’t be thinking about that, if he did, and it didn’t work because he has a record or because internal affairs is sometimes ineffective, he would be looked down upon as a snitch that missed his own mother’s funeral. Of course, everyone knows the truth, but it doesn’t change anything. Also, Carl would never be able to get that far right off the bat, because guess who you need to go through to talk to I.A, especially in 90’s California? Either way, it leaks, and then he gets killed or gets someone killed as retaliation. There was a movie back then, where a cop wanted to go to I.A, and had to jump through hoops to even get heard. One of the only reasons he even got that far was because he was a fellow cop, he had internal political protection. And yet, he barely survived with a bullet in his cheek. That movie was named serpico, and it was based on real life. If even he had to go through that, what makes you think that cj wouldn’t be offed immediately?
@@yaboinamedblank76 I'm just saying if they arrested Carl for the murder he would be able to have a lawyer and be allowed to testify at trial. It's convoluted from a legal standpoint.

It was South Central until 2003. Now it's called Southeast Los Santos.
Tenpenny: stay the fuck away from us.
Me: then why are you talking to me?
Also me: immediately returns to Los Santos to get back all of my weapons.
I'm gotta say this, the first act of the game was the best part of the game. The interaction between the characters is great, location is great, there's no mundane long drives in the missions. Just my 2 cents.
1:16 Y'all put zombie version of Ralph Pendelbury.
Mission accomplished.
Respect +
Prolly because of Toreno being over Tenpenny
Honestly, I think GTA San Andreas should get a complete remastered. I’m not talking about the remastered that they got right now I’m talking about as far as mechanics go not graphics like combat driving and other things make it more up-to-date.
You mean a remake, like the Mafia remake. Definitely would be amazing but Rockstar won't do that anytime soon especially since we already got the garbage remaster from 2 years ago
@@cidanarch Yes!!!
I just realized that when CRASH picked up Carl on the street right behind his house
Definitely a timless classic, still play it on my ps2 slim after gta 3 and vc, feel like i be ina time zone from back then😌🔥
4:12 there is a slight little problem with having the murder weapon, that is, the serial number of each weapon is registered at the PD.
Now I want a GTA San Andreas TV series 😂
Not getting a DLC to play as CJ on another map was a hugeissed opportunity, or a DLC where he comes back and you have another story with him
But didnt the taxi cj was in had some kind of back log? If so he could have gone to court and say here is my plane ticket and here is my taxi ride, how could i have done this?
I always thought this too lol his timestamps would have cleared him. Although... Would not have saved him from being killed by Tenpenny and his goons... So. Who knows really.
CJ wasn’t a snitch my any matters though
Can you use pc version for your videos I mean remastered version sucks
Choosing the correct frames actually make the video look good. The problem is during gameplay. 😂
ok what mods are you using
man the writing in this game is truly amazing. aside from ryder sadly, every single thing is well written
what version of gta san andreas are you playing
Man... I hope gta 6 would be at least as entertaining as gta 4,they had 10 long years to put it together. :))
I hope GTA 7 will be set in Las Venturas and its surroundings.
@@andrewthedukeMK2I hope that GTA8 will be set in the real san francisco:)
We need a GTA game that takes place in Texas.
No there needs to be a gta that has the whole United States as a map as if it was in the real world
@@MysteriousGod00 great idea man, anyway that takes time to put together something like this and probably a lot of cash ! :))
But though when i was playing this game all time as a kid i didnt know why the presence of the grove street was not there on the map after i completed the mission well for me i did not go back though and listened to the game instead but damn i did have great experience
You should make video about toni shoreside vale safehouse, like who provides that mansion?
Video idea:Why Tenpenny attacked hernandes in desert?
He was snitching on them
So I’m playing San Andreas rn and I just finished the green Sabre mission, I just gotta know does dj ever get back to the gang shit in los santos? Because I miss it
Yes he does
Why Big smoke Still Wearing green in the last mission if hes the boss of the ballas now
Maybe he is not the boss more like an employer of Ballas.
When CJ said "I'm done with the green Sabre mission, I'm going to move to angel pines now" 🤔
The reason Tenpenny wanted cj to stay away from los Santos was threefold #1 after the green Sabre mission if cj was arrested with sweet what was to stop cj from bringing up what he knew about pendleburys murder being related to crash since there were people from internal affairs looking into tenpenny that's a problem he didn't want.#2 with cj out of los santos and sweet inside combined with the blackmail they had on him they knew cj would have no choice but to do what Tenpenny demands.#3 the last thing Tenpenny would want is cj popping a gasket going back to Los Santos and causing mayhem looking for smoke risking smoke getting killed or cause other grove streat members to follow and starting another gang war.i know the third reason sounds crazy but even if cj got killed in the attempt its a massive problem Tenpenny wouldn't want to deal with.
keep up the work
Imagine if CJ just told Tenpenny to shoot him or if CJ just did it himself, would he be dead forever or would he just wake up outside the nearest hospital.
Which mods you use in trilogy please name them all
There was another reason why CJ couldn't leave LS at the start of the game that didn't have anything to do with CRASH. If you listen to the news feed on WTCR at the very beginning of the game, they mention that the bridges are connecting Red county and Flint county have been destroyed/damaged following an earthquake.
Does anyone know the background music at the start of the video?
good thing mike toreno is there
not an angel, but at least that devil kept his promise and helped cj
Great video
I always felt like the game fell off after you left Los Santos. I really didn't find the mission in either San Fiero or Las Venturas to be fun or memorable. It also felt like the story got less real. Like we go from having to spay over some graffiti to flying with a jetpack? It's like the first 3rd of the game was based in realism and then the rest became very video gamey
off topic, but what mod do you use for cj textures? it looks much more polished.
I just played this mission an hour ago , and then I see this. Great vid!
Just know, whenever you make san andreas content I will check it out
WHY CARL SAN ANDREAS CJ JOHNSON MOVE FROM LOS SAN ANDREAS SANTOS TO COUNTRY SANTOS AFTER MISSION THAT IS THE GREEN SABRE?
Really scary if this happens to you in real life
I just played these games as a kid and enjoyed them too fueled my rage for the games I play today.
Oh that's why there was grove street member was shooting cj when he was chasing them for caesar for the yay
It’s Really Terrifying That The C.R.A.S.H. Killed Ralph Pendleberry After They Pulled His Eyes Out😰
Oof. Imagine 2:57 being your graduation photo from the police academy. Yikes 😬
The answer is that it’s because Tenpenny is Samuel L. You can’t escape him
Could you make a theory on why Phil Cassidy moved to Liberty City?
I'm pretty sure that if DVD-DL had been created before PS2, GTA San Andreas would have been a very huge complete game...
Is this added in the new definitive edition, since as much as I recall this cutscene with Pendelburry didn't exist in the original? I just remember that they threatened CJ with framing him for the murder without actually ever seeing what happened to it. Maybe I'm wrong, correct me if I am?
pendelbury doesn't appear ingame he's only seen in "the introduction" video
@@thereallystoopidguy1449 I don't remember seeing him in the introduction either, he was just mentioned by name, right?
Canonically the grove street members doesn’t get disbanded, but the gang does lost all its influence… but ganton is still their turf, thats why we can see grove boys knocked off by crack on grove street in the mission home coming.
On beta we were supposed to protect the hood from crack dealers and if we didn’t kill them too often our gang members would be too high to join us. That gameplay was scrapped due to ps2 limitations. Probably thats why they just throw ballas in ganton instead if using the grove boys high on drugs , but canonically smoke was controlling them
I like to think we would have played as Pendlebury in a San Andreas stories game.
Toreno would of been perfect tbh
Ricardo Diaz sends best reguards to the viewers😂😂😂😂weazel news
It's been 10 or 20 years this game is still mestrious
thank you for telling people that have never played this game what the game tells you
"Ive had it with these mothafuckin snitches in this mothafuckin game!!!!" - Tenpenny probably
hernandez is the only normal and innocent police officer in the whole game ngl, but if he knows what does crash really do, he would be still alive till this day in the game, and if he found out what does Crash really do earlier, he probably would instead kill crash or do something. him and pendlebury is the only normal and innocent one probably, i do not know alot to Crash and to hernandez and pendlebury btw.
he didn't HAD to move he WAS moved by crash
then caesar calls and tells him that los santos has turned into current los angeles
so cj has nothing to come back to anyway
not until he gets backed by triad and sweet gets released from prison
Pendelbury and mike's son from better call saul share a similar story
I have watched the previous videos, putting it together it is a such elaborate plot by Tenpenny, it would have succeeded if he did not mess with Carl Johnson and the Johnson family.
Hey i just wanted you to know this fact but after the green sabre misiion Grove Street is took over by crash and ballas i wentt there afterwards
In vcs gonzolaz was escorted to the airport by chopper cover and nearly killed then in vc colonel Cortez said he would never make it to the airport terminal great lore detail I noticed myself replaying the games
CJ was stuck with the people he couldn't trust such as Big Smoke and Ryder and crupt cops working with Ryder and Big Smoke
Because somehow that tenpenny did care about cj and didn’t want him to get hurt by any other cops
truly mace windu did a good job as tenpenny man I really hated him for disturbing cj
Angel Pine isn't that bad at all CJ can be a free man here
Not joking 😂 but these channel takes my grammar test
i will neither confirm or deny these allegations
Thanks to being sent to Angel Pine, we can do paramedic mission easier 😂😂😂
Cj couldn’t return to to los santos because the developers knew that you don’t need to write an entire story when dude can just drive for 10 minutes or less and kill every single person needed with a rifle haha. Ballas crash everybody
IMO Angel Pine was boring, thinking if i should finish all the task to move on other places or stop playing the game
imagine all this could be prevented if cops had necessary drug tests
Yes,I think know some tips about rossia (sorry don't know how to spell 😅) about the pipe line system but is it true about the blame about rossia destroying the pipe line system 🤔🤔🤔(and I think America says that they have evidence 😊
Couldn't CJ use security camera footage and tickets to prove he wasn't around for the murder?
They would’ve just had him silenced the same way they made him silence others, in jail or not. His best route was asking toreno for a way to bring down tenpenny, but then he wouldn’t be able to get his brother out of prison. And money wouldn’t help either. Besides, they could just change the evidence under the guise of Carl being a gang member.
Also, Sweet Grove leader, did not at ALL! Want yayo on the streets and was against dealing in the streets, mission involved beating up drug dealer and dope house torment, grove street was large and getting rid of sweet and taking big smoke helped grow ballers and vagos and officer tenpenny drug empire.
Best game Ever
The original version tho
Absolutely agree
That's iz my worst mission green sabre u lose all ur guns and respect and ur all territory
Couldn’t CJ just had the trio killed at some point? If he donned all dark clothing and disappeared from the city before anyone found out he could’ve gotten away with it.
Cj had a little pea brain
for the next video can u put the logic of ammunation in gta games. first of all which makes no sense that only money is needed to a strap and why so called government in the games isn't caring so it seems which is a interesting topic i think that can be discussed .
only GTA4 didn't have a ammunation store as instead had black market for guns, why?
Because guns in the HD liberty city era are illegal.
@@johnson2108 me too bro
Maybe cause sa in 90s when guns were legal and after that guns got banned during the events of gta 4
