Now Jack has proved he has infact been learning German on DuoLingo for all the people who dont belive him.
As a football fan it was painful hearing Jack say Leipzig as “Lerp-zig” when everyone calls it “Lipe-zig”
You should’ve played a round in Austria. They also speak German and geoguessr has more coverage of that country because of different privacy laws. It’s not really geoguessr if your not struggling in a random field with no landmarks!
Regarding the blurrs: back when Street View was getting started in Germany, some people thought their houses could be watched live and burglars would be able to see if anyone was home. That misunderstanding spread and lots of people requested for their houses to be blurred. Google then decided it wasn't worth the hassle and abandoned German Street View completely.

The thing with Geogussr/ Street view Germany is, that it just is in the big cities, because of "Datenschutz" and the laws in Germany, so there's no Street view in the whole country, and I think it's not being updated... sad thing. I would love to go to the streets I now.
