I think you're mistaken with any kind of compressor bypass/ blow off valves (HKS SSQ). The "woo woo woo woo" you're referring to is the conpressor surge when there aren't any valves. The HKS SSQ will always blow off anything above 0 psi to prevent compressor surge.
