I think the funk is because we were going so hard for the year our body is telling us to relax and unwind before the new year. Since thanksgiving I stopped being consistent with my workout and it took everything me to even get somewhat back on track. I have been trying to listen to my body more this last month and just do shorter workouts when I feel in the mood. Maybe its a reflection before the new year new goals pumps😩🤷🏻‍♀️🤣saying all that to say definitely can relate!
