Yeah he did really well, and I think that’s why beric sat back and let him handle it. Reason why I like him as a chief he doesn’t let ego take over, he sits back and learns from situations.
@OskeeGG beric didn't need to learn here, he just sat back knowing Conan knew exactly what to do. Like a teacher letting another teacher take control of the class.
When Conan took over I could practically feel the togetherness starting to form as the pd discovered teamwork
Oh yeah divert the main force of pd to the enemy gang while my other characters gang is doing a way more serious crime but yeah great police work

I havent watched nopixel before 4.0. Had no idea Conan is actually such a good cop. The coms, callouts and scene control was surprisingly good.
He literally taught and fto'd a ton of cops in 2.0 and 3.0... him fto ing sheisty reducer and forcer was some of the funniest shitt ever

Conan is unironically the panacea for most of the PD's ills. Just sbs enough to be popular with civs but also just by the book enough to really bring his department together.
How Clarkson the most effective PD member? It is amazing the difference in some of the scenes and how they are managed.
