- Air pollution is one of the greatest environmental risk to health. By reducing air pollution levels, countries can reduce the burden of disease from stroke, heart disease, lung cancer, and both chronic and acute respiratory diseases, including asthma.
Addressing air pollution, which is the second highest risk factor for noncommunicable diseases, is key to protecting public health.
Most sources of outdoor air pollution are well beyond the control of individuals and this demands concerted action by local, national and regional level policy-makers working in sectors like energy, transport, waste management, urban planning and agriculture.
This video is created Motor Vehicles Department, Govt of Nagaland for the awareness of this issue.

If DU is financially stable it would be great if they could come up with new project i.e, reach out remote areas within the state and protray them in your videos (after thorough study) about the lack of basic necessities which the general public is actually entitled to recieve benifits from the state government..

After their return from their Break, the production quality of their video drastically increased. Hats off to whoever is behind this.
Cut down the charges of public transportation rate..........so that common people opts to take public transport..........for example if I'm to go Down to dmp from my location i,e Mohonkhola to ISBT the local taxis charge around 300-350 as usual an distance between ISBT and Mohonkhola is around 6-10 km at the most .... And from ISBT to dmp one passenger has to pay around 300-350 to reached the Railway station which is almost 70-80 km ......... The govt should reduce the public transportation.........if to solve the problem of traffic congestion or pollution problem .....if I take down my own private vehicle than I can manage with 1500rs at the most .........save money +save time......take ua own vehicle if u hav. .rather than spending around 2k per trip to dmp in a day 😂😂😂

RTO must play it's part well. A lot of income is generated from car registration, driving license, renewal of documents etc.

I hope there will be more public transport available for us too.
The buses we have in Kohima go straight from highchool-tinpati-town-BOC and vice versa.
If we want to go somewhere else, we have to hire taxi. It's very hard to get a passenger taxi too. It is expensive!
As much as it is the public's duty to reduce the number of vehicles, I think the government should also do something about the public transport here.
