It takes a lot of time and effort to rewrite habits like that; probably years, striving every moment to think in better patterns; but it's possible. I know from experience demons can be defeated. It takes years of continuous effort, but you can teach yourself good patterns to think in and learn to be truly happy. Love is an inspiration to become a better person; I know it's inspired me, but I don't really have someone who loves me back either 😅 It's learning to see the world as beautiful, you don't rely on anyone else for your happiness you're in control of it... And you take inspiration from the beauty you see in the world around you, wanting to be part of it and putting in the effort to become. It's challenging, I know, and I wish you the best of luck!
