Not sure wat happened, but I went from "damn, this guy is good" on your previous videos to "holy shit, he's on rails" watching this one. Can't wait to see you battling at nationals!
That looked pretty fast. Focus was good out way front and on the bike. You must be doing something different now. I don't know how you hang on when the track is so rough. You must have powerful adductors. Good video. Peace.
The Bad Thing about Gopro is that it's that smooth one couldn't really see how freaking fast you actually are...So I found myself watching you railing that corner, telling me: "yeah, I propably had him on that one" No, of course I would not - obviously he's the Pro and I'm just sitting on my goddamn couch 😂😂😂 great, that you share your pure talent to us 'normal' people 👌👌
I swear since day 1 I’ve always said this GoPro mount location hands down gives the best perspective. I just can’t watch the other guys I follow like I can watch you. I love the raw video. When you pulled off track I thought, damn that was quick, and then I realized just how long the video was. Super stoked to see what you have lined up for outdoors too. That mount could be a big business move for the future too ;) haha
My hometown is where the Unadilla National is. Haven’t been to a pro natty since RV2 was racing. But Jeff, I’ll have to go back and support ya this year 💪
Wow... Looking very fast. Track is so much fun 🤤 don't know how you set up so quick for the corners! Keep training hard and keep that mental confidence high 💪
Yeah man it's been tuff on me to lay them to rest financial and mentally if y'all wanna help me and my grandma cause I'm working 3 jobs to help pay for it and my grandma 74 and working two jobs if y'all would wanna help donate to my cash app $MatthewSteagall all funds go to getting their tombstone I just sold my dirt bike and all my gear but that's still not enough I just don't know we're to turn anymore and I think all y'all for y'all's prayers
Your corner speed is faster. Your "Roll thru" in the center of the corners looks better and better all the time. Carrying speed and smooth Jeff. Great Job.
u can absolutely rip on that 250 bro, obviously at pro level there's things to clean up but dam man, always seems like your charging n your corner speed is insane!! Great stuff love watching, ive learned alot🤙🏼
I'm not sure if you are practicing full moto lengths yet, but when you do maybe try going for 45 minutes instead of 30. If you push yourself all the way to 45 minutes while practicing, then that becomes normal and doing a 30 minute moto will become not as hard and overall easier. Just a suggestion🤙
Love the videos bro! Would be cool if you did a video on bike maintenance and rebuild intervals as a privateer racer. Not often we get to see an inside look on those things with the exception of factory teams
That looked damn good. Focused on you, hit ya marks 1 by 1. repeat repeat. Thats why those long motos are so hard. Not just physical but the mental focus too. Looking real good imo.
Awesome vid. An idea for future content off the bike could be some sort of breakdown vids of your GoPro footage, talking about what you want to improve on or things you did well
Great video Jeff. I was wondering, what does your maintenance schedule look like on your bikes? Im assuming air filter is always cleaned after every track day, do you change the oil every day out as well? How often are you inspecting valve clearances? Do you ever tear down the motor to inspect wear patterns? Do you check anything with the transmission? I am the furthest thing from a pro, but if I can understand a baseline for maintaining a pro race bike, then I can extrapolate and determine my own method for maintenance on my bike. Thanks.
“GoTta ClEAn up ThOSe LItLE MistakEs” lol you’re still burnin it down!! What percentage of time do you spend looking forward, and how far ahead are you looking? Been off a bike for a while, but I’ve taken a new keenness to moto again, and I realize, I don’t think I was ever looking ahead like I should be. It lead to me constantly feeling like I was just along for a wild ride.
Finally met j walker in Milan MI at twisted mx! Dudes awesome wish I coulda been in my prime and coulda really repd the number 3 on my bike! First ride back in like 5 years and it’s true if you don’t use it you lose it!
So, @Jeff Walker you have been riding the balls off that 250! What will you do when outdoor season comes, build a new race bike, or have this motor and suspension rebuilt fresh for the start of the season (or both)? I assume that baby is going to have some serious hours on it by then. Is there anything else you plan to do or upgrade to get your equipment more equal to the factory boys? You're looking very comfortable. Stay safe Bro
Jeff what tires are you normally running? I've always noticed you lock up pretty good in corners, don't really slip out ever. Was kinda curious to see what your set up is....Front and rear and what PSI you are normally at. Thanks man!! @jeffwalker
J walk is actually gonna be ready for nationals, it’s lit
Wow!! Great job consistently hitting your marks! Got you going real fast!! Just amazes me that there are top racers that go even faster!!
Day 13 of Cheering on Jeff: GO JEFF!

Wow Perris actually looks halfway fun with combined main+vet. You're shredding Jeff. Keep it up!

I've always wondered how much/often Jeff rebuilds his bike. So Jeff, how often do you do it?

As a flat tracker and starting to moto I watch your vids all the time! Keep up the great riding man!
Been a long time since I've ridden a dirt bike and I could never ride like this! Makes my heart race, thrilling footage Jeff!
J walk bro I ant commented in a long time my grandfather died but he loved to watch your video and always pulled for you in the pro nationals
sorry for your loss man
Dang man, I’m sorry for your loss. I lost two of my grandparents last year and it’s not easy...prayers sent man. Thanks for the support

Intense, yes. I found myself tilting my tablet mostly to the right and my hands, arms even feet and legs were tensing up.
you’ve come such a long way almost 200k!! i remember watching before 10k congrats man

Bro footage and angle in this vid are amazing dude!!!

Keep riding with the faster guys. Pushes your limits to keep up with them.
