Hey Amerigo great job with this mix,plus you really could not have chosen a better combination of musical artists and genres to combine into one giant ball of music goodness...literally you have combined all of my favorite artists from all time into funky awesome hiphop grooves. And great job on the production and mixing of it all, I'm sure it's not the easiest thing to grab all these random older samples and incorporate them smoothly with everything else in there...i have a little experience with making beats, so i know from experience all the little technical issues one can encounter when working with samples like these. My biggest problem I'd run into when making beats was the background noise/sound in the sample I'd be trying to use... like you wanna use a clip of James brown yelling but in the background of the clip is a horn blowing, guitar, or even the original drum track of song; and so the dilemma is how do you accentuate the part of the sample you want use, while effectively muting the parts you don't want, without losing the umph and loudness of the part you want....ahh but i digress Haha great job on these tracks broham 👍👍
