Barbeary has been so impressive this year, credit to Bath it’s a tough ask to beat Racing with all there stars
Just how good was Russells defence this game. While most of his team were falling off tackles left right and centre in the first half he was putting in some sensational hits. Not to mention the try saving tackle in the second half.

Mate it’s instant highlights, they started doing them so we didn’t have to wait days for highlights so of course they’re not edited well there’s no time for them to do it

Questions for bath fans is, how good has Finn Russell been since he arrived and has he played a material part in the recent improvements?
He has played a significant part, there's no question. Not just what he does on the ball but off the ball too. We were on the up since Van Graan joined as you can see from the last few games of last season as this is before Finn joined. But Finn has really helped us get to the next level.

Can anyone clarify what the 1st yellow was for? As far as I know a tackle to the upper body is legal. ref didn't say head contact (did mention neck though) or any foul play so failing to understand why it was given. Replay editing might be hiding some info though.
Played it back at 0.25x speed, barbeary’s shoulder hit the other player’s head, reduced from red because of the low level of danger. Hence, yellow
@@jonathanyes112 How is going full pace into a tackle of a guy who is coming down with the ball has no time to brace himself low level of danger.
@@jonathanyes112 Ah ok, replay made it sound like the ref and TMO saw no head contact. I couldn't see head contact at normal speed but would assume the TMO would have spotted it.
@@davidlee55 he wasn’t going full pace, he slowed down as you can tell by his feet being wide apart. The other player was also still so there wasn’t a lot of momentum in it. Of course, if they were regular people it would hurt like hell, but for professional players it wasn’t a high-power collision

How the first yellow wasn't a red. Ridiculous. The forward pass against Woki might be the only forward pass called all weekend. Then the penalty against Palu for an "additional role" in the last 10 minutes was disgraceful. That game today needed a much higher level of an official.

U have to be trolling 😂 rugby has obviously gotten softer over the years for better or worse but a shoulder to the head / neck and a forearm to the face are definitely both at least a yellow
soft, its a contact sport and the refs are treating the players like little gimps on the pitch. get on with it the reason fans watch the sport is that physical contact.
