Motiv:
eroare SP1 - aprindere esuata;
costuri enorme de reparatie;
Cauza:
-camera de ardere a schimbatorului principal colmatata cu oxid de la condens.

Am curățat schimbătorul după 7 ani, merge ca nouă, bun filmulețul. Mulțumesc.
Translation of the disassembly steps (used google translate):
1) I disassembled the main panel made of two pieces:
-one that covers the display panel, pushing the two clips at the bottom;
-and the second piece by removing the two screws at the bottom
2) I dismantled the internal piping for exhausting the burnt gases:
2.1 Undo the 4 screws, 2 from the upper part and two from the lower part
2.2 The metal "T" clamps, on the lower side, rotate outwards, left and right to create the necessary space to extract the piping
2.3 The tubing is extracted by sliding it down. This is mounted on the upper part of the exhaust connection through a socket with rubber gaskets.
3) I dismantled the silencer mounted on the fan by turning it clockwise, followed by extracting it horizontally, outwards.
4) fan disassembly
Optionally, depending on the available opening devices, it may be necessary to remove the upper plastic panel in order to access the upper mounting screws provided for the fan.
I removed the horizontal panel by sliding it from the right to the left, the panel being provided with some hanging clips on the back, which are attached to the metal casing of the central heating unit.
To extract the panel, I loosened one of the sides of the central heating unit, by undoing the screw in the bottom corner.
In order to remove the blower fan and the gas solenoid valve, I loosened the 3/4 gas connection at the bottom, the screws at the top and their external connections.

I dismantled the burner and electrodes, then I had access to the combustion chamber.
The cleaning is best done with the main exchanger removed from the frame.
I paid particular attention to the gaskets, and it is recommended to replace them after each disassembly.
6) main exchanger disassembly
I dismantled the temperature sensors on the circuit of the exchanger until the effective extraction from its connections.
I dismantled the clamps holding the fittings, the side extraction pin.
The changer is provided with 4 screws fixed on two crossbars, one upper and one lower.
It should be mentioned that before disassembling the exchanger, I disassembled the control panel of the central heating unit.
7) Cleaning the combustion chamber of the main exchanger
I cleaned carefully so as not to damage the heat exchanger and although in the user manual it is recommended not to use chemical agents, I did not succeed without it.
I performed the reassembly operations in the reverse order of the disassembly steps.
Fix asa si la noi dupa 3 ani, aceeasi centrala. Dupa ce am inlocuit cu cineva schimbatorul secundar (putea fi curatat, dar nu am stiut), am chemat un alt inginer sa demonteze si am curatat si schimbatorul principal sub jet de apa, la spalatoria de masini. Cateva depuneri au mai ramas, dar arata oricum incomparabil mai bine. Ni s-a spus ca daca se curata asa la maxim 2 ani, o duce, daca nu, crapa la propriu in timp relativ scurt pentru o centrala. Sfatul a fost ca la urmatoarea centrala sa luam cu arzator din inox.

cum ai facut exact? Ai demontat piesa si ai tinut-o scufundata in otet? Cât timp?
@@victorcernatescu8886 ideal ar fi sa ai un recipient apropiat de dimensiunile schimbătorului și să îl lași 20-30 min.
Toată operațiunea a durat vreo 3ore.
Inteleg insa ca exista și substanțe de curățat de la Ariston.

Garniturile le-ai schimbat la remontare sau ai avut grija de ele si le-ai pastrat? Ma pregatesc sa fac aceeasi operatiune si as vrea sa stiu daca mai aman cat caut garnituri(daca se gasesc). Daca le-ai schimbat ai putea sa imi dai un link de unde le-ai comandat?
Le-am păstrat, erau intacte.
@@stelianc245 La mine parca nu prezintă încredere. In jurul unui șurub s-a dezintegrat o bucată mică la demontare. O sa aștept garnitura noua înainte să o remontez. Nu mi-a ieșit curățarea așa cum arata la tine la final, dar e mult mai bine acum. Oțetul nu a avut efectul pe care mi-l doream și alte soluții nu am vrut sa folosesc acum. Dacă tine și iarna următoare, la anul poate o fac cu un dezincrustant pt aluminiu. Oricum, mulțumesc foarte mult pt instrucțiunile din video.
Salut ! La mine s a spart schimbatorul Se mai poate face ceva cu el sau altul ?
Cred ca ar trebui sa iei altul, unul nou costa vreo 1200ron, dar gasesti SH pe olx, la jumate de pret.
Ai mai amanat putin inevitabilul. Este o mizerie de centrala,dupa 2 ani de la montaj am aruncat-o la gunoi... arata mai rau schimbatorul, curatarea si asa greoaie va produce gaurirea schimbatorului la un moment dat.Am inlocuit-o cu o centrala cu schimbatorul din inox, probleme 0 in 3 ani de zile cu depunerile.

Salut, in prima faza am dat cu otet pana am curatat calamina grosiera, apoi cu sano pt curatat aragazul. Probabil era mai bun un decrustant pt aluminiu.

@@gasparattila863 nediluat, pui intr-un vas, lași schimbatorul la înmuiat câteva ore și apoi cureți cu grija și mult răbdare!
