That is your view, for the fact that someone was not accepted at the University does not mean they don't accept other students who are foreigners. That does not make them bad either. There are lots of foreign students at that university so it will be unfair for you to make such sweeping generation. All the best. Nuel

Getting visa appointment date is really an issue.

You have to follow the online appointment system established by the authority in charge. You must start on time to give yourself more chances of getting appointment and be patient. All the best. Nuel

I did bachelor in business studies with education and I want to do management and marketing masters program , is it possible for me to get admission

The University of Luxembourg is very particular with the similarity of the bachelor's to the intended master's programme of study. Although I don't know the exact contents of the bachelor's you did, nevertheless, have a look at these masters programmes, and perhaps you may consider them. At the University of LUX, applicants can apply for three different programmes but you have to pay application fees per each of them if applicable. Applications for non-EU nationals are usually from Feb to april each year so keep an eye on that.

It depends on what Bachelors you are taking, the city you will be staying and your spending behaviour. So there are many variables to be considered. But generally cost of living is relatively low in Czech Republic compared to other countries in the European union.

If you studied in English Language in your previous degree, you may not need to show further proof of English Language proficiency except stated otherwise. Kind regards Nuel
