Eivind is an innovator, and his works are moving and descriptive. Is time to recognise the level of progression and exploration of this fantastic guitarrist.

Great album, stunning work -- no surprises there other than why are these amazing musicians not better known. Eivind Aarset is an artist whose work I will buy unheard, with every opportunity.

Hey. Can you tell me which record/album you meant? This 4tet is stunning

Really powerfull job. Risky, innovative and absolutely incredible. The concept of "traditional" jazz (rhythmic base, theoretical instrumental improvisation and a melodic "come and go") taken to the extreme. Also with shades of the best of progressive rock of the 70s.
In my opinion, a true marvel. And for the record, I've been listening music for the last 50 years.

For decades, I’ve followed the sonic explorations of Michael Brook, David Torn and Steve Tibbetts. Eivind makes it a quartet. 👍🏼

Ditto,MarcelloThe seventies-eighties spatial explorers-Torn,Fripp, Brook, can`t leave out Hans Reichel can we?. Do we listen to the space between the notes? That gorgeous reverb and decay?

Amazing, as always! Thanks for posting this, Eivind. I've been wearing-out this CD (multiple times daily) since it released and I love the live versions even more. This 4tet has really gelled into something special. Appreciate the recording quality as well. Thanks!

Muchas gracias Eivind, Erland, Wetle y Audun.
Saludos desde la ciudad de Canelones, Uruguay.
