This worked for me instantly. Hello I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but my audio isn’t that great. I have a Astro a40tr headset with the base station set to star and connected via usb and installed Dolby. Dolby also doesn’t show the apply button which is weird as I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Any suggestions you can recommend? Thanks

At 7:12 When you show the 10 different levels under custom 2 on Dolby Atmos, it doesn't show the enabled with a checkmark or the button where I can hit apply. Help? Thanks

@KingSkully in order for dolby to work u need optical for console only on pc you can get away with USB or both command center and dolby EQ on console won't work without optical
If you have bought the Xbox Astro a50 and are using on pc. Set it to xbox and put the headset in the stand and dolby access will automatically detect it. It would not detect for me at first in pc mode. You can change it back to pc right after. I only know from first hand experience with the one I bought I don't know about PS version.
also hint for everyone doing this use the tournament mode and not Dolby Dolby isn't ment for games like cod unless you're just enjoying the game in campaign or zombies and just wanna have a movie like experience.

Optical cord for console is better for overall audio. Usb for pc. Hope this help. If your on console highly suggest getting a usb to optical audio port. Merry Christmas

There is no apply button on dolby access after setting the sliders... it only has a button that says default at the bottom. Also, do you turn on the dolby surround on the a50 headset(so the dolby light is lit up on the base station) or not?
virtual surround is not good. For warzone 2 you need to activate the "loudness equalization" option and turn off Dolby. Then you can really hear footsteps and gunshots are not so loud !

My astro40TR can't get detected by astro command center at all and I've seen that in my country ( France ) no one is able to detect their devices aswell. Is there a fix to this problem? Can I get the software from another region?

Hey! Use the star, the Base station has a preset Dolby profile, but wr want to only utilize the one we made in windows. Hope this helps!

Are you connected with the optical cable or just usb because if it’s usb the eq doesn’t work on mixamp pro or a50s they have been disabled!

i think footsteps are kind of bassy right because the feet are stomping on the ground??

Yes definitely worth it, and it doesn't matter if you aren't using optical input. It will make a world of a difference.
