So what brought me here to this video was I was scrolling through Instagram and I saw on somebody story is they Shared a post from a account called “A safe space therapy”. They brought up the old saying what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. And said no what doesn’t kill you will give you emotional psychological and whatever the hell spiritual trauma is. Then in The caption they said that The saying itself is a misconception of how somebody obtains resilience. First of all they clearly don’t understand what resilience means and they are trying to push the idea of using trauma as a crutch rather than gaining wisdom because of your resilience. So I left my two cents in the comment section and then I came here to RUclips and typed in Jordan Peterson and safe spaces. The fact that I came across this video with this title is a breath of fresh air
