其實 non-restricted 有明文禁止唔可以登記 "持有者" 資料
店員打電腦用意應該係 "核實" 而唔係登記
另 加國法律是不可以經槍枝當作 home defence 用途
仲有 在靶場內雖然一個執照人可以帶一個 non-licensed
但理論上 non-licensed 在操作槍枝時 應該是全程 supervised by licensed owner

好煩，吓吓要事前通知，美國restrict即class 3只係要每枝槍登記同交$200稅俾ATF就搞掂，而且semi auto手槍不是restrict類，不過亦因為美國嘅寬鬆造成槍擊每一天。
