Hi I love watching you video. However i have one question. Recently i issue with my amplifier (here is no sound from all speakers). I just took my car to service and the mechanic said i need new amplifier. My question is if am going to do it myself and buy the same model amplifier, does the new amplifier need the factory setting code. I am afraid that if i pull out the old amplifier and put the new one in it requiring Lexus setting code to run it. Any helps appreciated. My car is Lexus RX450H 2010.
I have a two-part question. I have a 2003 Toyota Avalon with Factory JBL. There are two different harnesses available for my application. The standard application is a 2 connector setup and it appears to have the blue wires in the harness that would connect the power for the amplifier. The other connector is a 1 connector setup with RCA's. Can I use the two connector standard harness with my JBL system or will I lose my sub? Do I have to go with the RCA harness? Also I heard that if I use the standard harness I can connect directly into the factory amp through a different part of the harness in the dash?
I read something before that if you bypass the factory amp and splice into the existing speaker wires, without using a line out converter. That over time it could damage the head unit if you don’t install capacitors or Resistor between the splices?
Question: i added a 4 channel amplifier to my sound system and the tone of voice and sound quality changed when I drive did I do something wrong with the tuning ?

Hey how do I know if I need to use a cheap scorche wire harness or an expensive $130 wire harness just because I have a hemi motor. I have an 07 Jeep Commander. Limited 4.7L with v8. Plus!!!!!!! I tried to buy the $130 harness and paid to get it hooked up. They said that after hooking it up no sound would come out of my speakers! Mind you it was working before they touched it. I installed an aftermarket mono amp to power a subwoofer I added to my 2000 Buick Park Ave Ultra 9 speaker system with factory amp. I'm pulling the signal from one of the sub channels off the factory amp. There is no signal unless I touch one of the terminals from the factory speaker wire to the chassis momentarily then the sub begins to work until I turn off the car or the radio itself. Then I have to do this again if I want the sub to work. The amp is grounded properly to the chassis. Is this a case where I need to bypass the factory amp just for that sub channel so I can pull the signal before it goes through the amp. Frustrated with this. any help is much appreciated

The bad thing on my daughters car we didnt know the 04 galant gts had an infinity 6 speaker sound system there was a radio in center that didnt work i pulled it out and it had no wires just 3 on the factory harness which is just constant ignition and found the amp behind glove box all the other wires wee cut .now question is since i cant see on top or bottom of amp is there just an rca plug i could just connect.or how can the pioneer radio has 4 speakers connection by able too hook it up

I have a line converter tapped into door speakers on an s430’s factory amp running to a power akoustic equalizer (peq-70). The equalizer has sub output lines that have a signal that powers 2 12s in parallel close to what they can handle from a 2 ohm 4K watt amp but I want more signal. What lines off of the factory amp will give me all of the signal for the equalizer to get all authority over the aftermarket subs. I only get one green bar out of the equalizer wether the turn on off buttons are pressed. I’ve used the equalizer with an aftermarket radio and have gotten the system to show a peak but what lines are needed out of the factory harness to get a full range signal without restriction?

I understand i need to take wires wich go to stock B&O system subwoofer, and connect my amp? I need diagram or wire location (photos would be great), wire colors. And do i need to connect Left and Right channel or 1 side only? If someone have any information that will be great help. And if you know where i can find more help that would be great :) (maybe other forums? Reddit?)
I have a 1996 Nissan Pathfinder. I recently installed an aftermarket pioneer stereo thinking the factory stereo was bad because the sound would periodically have alot of static or the sound would completely go away. Same thing after I installed my pioneer stereo. I found the factory amplifier in the rear left panel. I took it out for now. Is there a some kind of bypass harness I can plug in place of where the factory amplifier goes? I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars to get this stereo to work as I is a "shit" vehicle I just drive to work, it's nothing fancy. I just want a stereo to listen to.

hi I own a 2000 suburban and my amp fuse keeps bowing so I have zero sound coming from any speekers. I put in a new sub a couple months ago that is wired through where the stock amp waste but it worked fine for a while. The fuse continually blowing started when I changed my battery out when the old one died anyone have any clue?
Is it's possible to bypass the factory amp with out touching the factory stereo. With out taking apart the dash. Can you bypass the factory harness at the factory amp to give all the signals you need to send to your aftermarket amp. Excluding power and ground cable i know those will have to be installed seperately. Can I tap into the harness at the amp possibly just cut out what i want to use and keep what i want my factory amp to keep on its own. For example my car has 7.1 audio. Im guessing since it haves center dash. Left and right dash. Left and right front doors and left and right back doors. And of course one back sub. I only want to tap into all doors speakers for a 4 channel amp and seperaly The stock sub with mono amp. Using a rca converter box. Can I just cut out the wires i want to tap into and convert them from that harness. And since i don't want to touch the stereo. Can I by pass the inputs and the outputs of these wires on the harness of the stock amp. If possible please let me know. I keep seeing videos explaining a bypass but only sending new wires to the stock stereo.
So I have a 2023 Elantra N and it comes with a Bose sound system and it's shit. I just wanted it to be like 10% to 20% louder it's just missing that little extra to be loud enough. It also has 0 bass. I was told it would be almost 3k to upgrade because it requires alot of work and some kind of expensive adaptor and alot of wiring. I just can not wrap my head around that. Any advice would be so appreciated.

Even the newer avalons that have 10+ speakers. Is it possible to replace all the speakers (including factory sub) say if u wanted an all alpine or fosgate setup and how would you go about that?

hi I own a 2000 suburban and my amp fuse keeps bowing so I have zero sound coming from any speekers. I put in a new sub a couple months ago that is wired through where the stock amp waste but it worked fine for a while. The fuse continually blowing started when I changed my battery out when the old one died anyone have any clue?

Is it's possible to bypass the factory amp with out touching the factory stereo. With out taking apart the dash. Can you bypass the factory harness at the factory amp to give all the signals you need to send to your aftermarket amp. Excluding power and ground cable i know those will have to be installed seperately. Can I tap into the harness at the amp possibly just cut out what i want to use and keep what i want my factory amp to keep on its own. For example my car has 7.1 audio. Im guessing since it haves center dash. Left and right dash. Left and right front doors and left and right back doors. And of course one back sub. I only want to tap into all doors speakers for a 4 channel amp and seperaly The stock sub with mono amp. Using a rca converter box. Can I just cut out the wires i want to tap into and convert them from that harness. And since i don't want to touch the stereo. Can I by pass the inputs and the outputs of these wires on the harness of the stock amp. If possible please let me know. I keep seeing videos explaining a bypass but only sending new wires to the stock stereo.

how can I tell if my truck has a factory amp its a 2008 dodge ram 1500
So I have a 2023 Elantra N and it comes with a Bose sound system and it's shit. I just wanted it to be like 10% to 20% louder it's just missing that little extra to be loud enough. It also has 0 bass. I was told it would be almost 3k to upgrade because it requires alot of work and some kind of expensive adaptor and alot of wiring. I just can not wrap my head around that. Any advice would be so appreciated.
