Beyond Ice -Meet Julie

Beyond Ice aims to amplify the local community voices along the Yukon River. By sharing your stories of change, adaptation, and resilience, as well as visions for the future, Beyond Ice asks the question, “How can art and new media be used to challenge existing ways of doing things and help local and Indigenous voices be heard?”
