I picture a first episode of this as a tv show would be each of their backstories being shown throughout the episode, each of them dying 3 quarters the way though, and the last scene being a split screen of them all being resurrected
as a gm I often use NPC abilities to make certain things like in the bar scene they order whiskey on the rocks a little frost magic to make ice or chill a bottle of wine or a pint of beer or ale little things like that to pitch into an interaction really helps setting lol adding little positive effect with those things as well sometimes adding it in secret by like saying and sudennly you feel like the drink the bar keep gave you made you much more charismatic or made you more intelligent or whatever theres loads of things you can do with it you can tell them on there next action or two actons or right after you drink it ive used it alot to say right after the drink i say you know your charcter feels like every sip is warning you of immediate danger alerting you to a group of baddies about to jump you or whatever

What's some cold mist, giggling and random scratching going to do?
So once again Kim is basically playing a demon. I sense a theme developing here. Seriously though, this is looking to be another fantastic series. Love all the characters and the setting.
-Haha, maybe in DnD, in real life they needed their squires to help them take it off. Heavy armour was so heavy that you couldn't just take it off or put it on whenever, it required a lot of untying, strength, help and unbuckling. The whole romantic idea of knight armour being pristine and easy to take off as you please (15 mins or less) is more or less bogus.- Again, badly done research. Sorry.

Made a blood hunter myself after watching the last episode. I feel the undying part from a order of profane soul would have also been pretty cool of kim to play XD they heal their rite damage after each kill with their weapon inscribed with their right of the dawn.
Hearing Kim lay out the backstory, I’m a lot more sympathetic to Worthless’ old friends than I do with her. It’s not uncommon for people to have questions about the divine, but that’s no excuse for looking into a downright evil religion that goes against everything she was taught. She basically turned traitor to her old religious family and fell for a most likely evil man. I can honestly understand why the verdict was execution. For all we know, they may have taken Worthless’ child from her in order to protect them and give them a better life than they ever would have had as the child of an evil cleric.
I have to say, it is Worthless who makes this series tolerable rather than very enjoyable. This is nothing against Kim, it is Worthless the character that gets on my nerves. EDIT:I hope nobody sees this as hate, I just wanted to put my opinion down.

Interesting I did a metal fan as a loot drop for my players and stated it as a shortsword as well.

Kim's character is more just obsessed and sorrowful than crazy. Crazy is aimless. I feel she is using the term loosely.
I feel that Worthless used it as an act to trick others into think she was, indeed, worthless and therefore harmless.
