Here’s How I do it
Step1: Get To The Sanatorium
Step 2 Get as Much as Food As possible
Step 3 stay with Friends so They also Give you food
Step 4 at Dinner time Find a Dorm early
Step 5 don’t Go Outside And don’t stay with friends who are spiders unless you trust
Step 6 survive and never drink holy water or wear a mask make sure people cough on you. If your a spider and you get jailed eat the spiders who are getting in jail yummy! I always do it (: and betray friends and try to stay in people’s dorm so u eat them

GUYS! I know how to glitch out of the spider iso! First get someone to knock you out then tell them to carry you, after that go in 1st person and face your screen to the wall then put down the spider and the nurses will open the door then you can all escape. And kill the nurse!
