I work near Gandhigram Railway Station. It was my daily routine to enjoy YDM4 chugging action when this entire route was Meter Gauge till 2016. This was a Major and important route for those who wanted to travel from Ahmedabad to Bhavnagar as well as from Ahmedabad to Somnath via Junagadh . In fact, I also travelled on this route twice in my childhood. It was a heart breaking moment for me when the Meter Gauge tracks were removed in front of my eyes in late 2016.
I was the happiest person at the time when this route was re opened in the beginning of 2022 with Broad Gauge lines. Only one thing changed in last 7 years. WDM3D took place of the iconic YDM4. But still I am enjoying the chugging action of the ALCO daily. Thanks Satya for exploring this historical route. You deserves 1 million views for this video 😊😊😊

Nice journey. I am from pune but my aunt lives in vadodara so i have travelled to gujarat many times.
When I was little I have travelled to bhavnagar with my aunt but not this route i travelled in kakinada bhavnagar express from vadodara to bhavnagar and now that train runs on electric loco when i travelled that train was diesel train this was a new route that i never heard. i only new the route which comes from surendranagar and viramgam junction.
Sawere sawere mor ka kuhukna ye mast mousam aur poore raste bhar hi itne manoram drishya sach me bahut achcha laga maja aa gaya 😍 ye sab aap k karan hi sambhav ho pata hai humari toh itni oukat nhi ki itna sab ghoom sake, bus aap k sath sath digitally ghoom kr apni ichcha poori kr lete hai, aapka bahut bahut dhanyavaad 🙏❤God bless you 🥰☺

Satya bhai that doubled stacked train you have seen at Botad station was coming from pipavav port. In fact it is India’s first private rail line created by a JV between pipavav port limited and Indian railways. The same line extend up to Mahuva.

Humari mataji ka temple Arnej me hai.. so I used to go Arnej in Meter gauge train from Sabarmati to Arnej.. Dhandhuka station famous for Bhajiya in Meter gauge era..

Please superimpose or do a small window within the video of a animated map showing your journey. One can do at the beginning or the end, or even station to station . It will make your videos more interesting in my opinion.
